We ordered the buttermilk chicken meal and the veggie wrap meal. The portion sizes were decent, and the presentation was good. The service was quick, and the staff were polite and courteous. Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing. The buttermilk chicken was almost tasteless, and while the veggie wrap was edible, it wasn't particularly memorable. The biggest drawback, however, was the atmosphere. There was no ambience, music, or overall vibe, and the seating arrangement felt quite cramped and congested. Overall, despite the good service and reasonable portions, the food quality and dining experience fell well below expectations. Sadly, I won't be returning.

Ordered two Nashville burgers with chips on Deliveroo. Unfortunately the burger bun was overly charred on the grill so with every bite there was an acrid taste. The bun was soft I will admit. The chips were frankly inedible, super old and dry, not to mention cold. I’m not even sure if they had been refried in an attempt to make them somewhat better. But nonetheless, certainly not fresh. The chicken in the burger was totally over cooked to the point of almost being burnt, again having a slightly acrid taste. The Nashville seasoning is pretty bland, neither spicy, not really sweet, just very oily. Not to my taste at all. When my husband called the store to inform them that their quality was not up to scratch, the woman who answered just left the call and he ended up talking to himself. Then when the manager came, he was constantly talking over my husband and refused to hear a word. It was a very frustrating interaction and I wasn’t even the one having to do it!! I can’t say I have any desire whatsoever to order from Amigos ever again.

I went to Amigos in Kilburn on a weekday around 1.15. There was another customer in the shop but none waiting to be served. I waited around 5 minutes to be served (the server was too busy preparing food to serve me), another 12 minutes for the burger to come and then another 5 mins for the drink and fries to come. The burger tasted ok

The decor, design and interior style looks decent. Digital kiosk is terrible had to try twice before order went through. Friends payment went through 1st time his order didn't, he never got a receipt from staff had to ask them. My burger and fries sucked the only thing that was good was the milkshake.

we’ve always ordered from the Norbury branch and the food has been consistently excellent. A few times when we ordered via Uber Eats, it was redirected to Tooting and the quality wasn’t great, so we started collecting from Norbury instead. Unfortunately, since the Norbury branch has now closed, we decided to give Tooting another try, but the quality has still been inconsistent. For example, the sweet potato fries we received weren’t up to standard, some ends were burnt and they were clumped together. Also, our burgers weren’t labelled, so we had to open them to figure out which was which. It might seem like small things, but they really do make a difference to the overall experience. At the Norbury branch, the food was always of a high standard, the chicken was tender, the fries were well prepared, and everything was clearly labelled. That level of standards is what we’ve come to expect, however it isn't the standard delivered by your Tooting branch. I'm giving two stars for the burgers.

I had to wait almost half an hour for a mediocre hot dog. It wasn't even busy I was the only customer. Didn't even say sorry for the wait, like they do in other restaurants when it takes too long. This is not the first time

Very disappointed with my visit today ordered my food then asked for the rest room out of order then I ask for napkins none either very disappointed

Boss was rude and didn’t let me go into the toilet when my hands were extremely dirty- despite seeing one of the workers come out of there 30 seconds prior.

Taste is not bad but very expensive. Three burgers and chicken rice almost £60. Also we went there on an evening i think thurs or friday but it was just us there. Could be one time thing only
