The staff doesn’t know how to deal customers even they can’t serve 2 people. They are walking around and passing the time for one simple order you need to wait more than 20 minutes . I don’t know what manger is doing there . I kindly request the owner to have a look at your staff

Ordered on Uber eats. The chips all came different temperature. Ordered two buttermilk burger and one had a really horrible hot sauce inside. Was very bad for my child. Also the Fanta drink they provided is expired by almost a year

Absolutely disgusting food. Took a bite and straight in the bin errr

Very bad service Too much wait for ubber drivers

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered two fries, but they completely forgot to bring them out. I had to remind them, and only then did they prepare a new order. They did apologize, but it felt insincere as they gave a condescending smile, which made the situation uncomfortable. There was no compensation or real effort to make up for their mistake. The food was fine, but the poor customer service left a bad impression. Would think twice before coming back.

I order three amigos special What I get food Was overcooked, I couldn’t eat on my children even they didn’t give me Cheese fries We never go back @this place I reckon they need to improve quality Food service ! The food was very bad I have to throw in the bin Disgusting 🤢

The burger size shrunk dramatically 6 ounce was 3 ounce burger. I much rather buy German doner kebab this one is a pure scam £11.24 for a mini burger absolutely a daylight robbery.

I bought milkshakes and chips. I told him don't give me old chips but again that's the second time they had given me old or refried chips. I am really disappointed and never going there again.

I’ve had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. I placed an order and paid, they said the machine is not working for the milkshakes and decided to not compensate me for my time whilst waiting 30 mins. He dismissed my request for a refund. On top of that he’s attitude was disgusting as he went on a facetime call where he reluctantly gave me my refund that I have been pleading for. Even though I received a receipt, i am still waiting for a refund as I’m writing this review. I will never recommend anyone to come here with this poor customer service.
