Rude staff no professional approach try to sell me milk shake from the freezer when I refused got upset and been very rude

Rude behaviour with delivery drivers from manager Mohsin. So delivery drivers decided that no one will accept the orders of amigos.

We delivery drivers are striking against amigos manager name Mr Mohsin he is rude behaving with all of the drivers so we drivers decided that we will not accept any delivery orders from amigos (high road Wembley).

By far the worse amigo in London, I have been to many branches and I never had an experience like this. The most worrying thing is the hygiene of the place, I seen a guy smoking outside with the kitchen door open thus you could see him from the tills when he came in he didn’t even bother cleaning his hands when I challenged him about it he seemed careless and unapologetic. Sincerely avoid. Acton branch will give you a completely different experience.

I only ordered a milkshake and it took them ten minutes to prepare it, when I finally received it and went outside to drink it it tasted like banana milkshake instead of the mango shake I ordered

I placed an order using the Amigos app. Upon arriving to collect my order, I discovered that the Amigos was closed. Additionally, I was unable to reach customer service or the restaurant for further assistance. On google still shows as open....

Ordered on uber eats the Jacob. Please dont order if you want your money worth. The burger was completely burned and cold and i spent nearly 20£ on my order. Awful. So bad i threw it in the bin. When you’re hungry and they give you food not worthy for a dog. Left me having to order somewhere else Disgusting, i hope they are better eating in, because they dont deserve a penny for delivery orders.

It is was my very bad experience today. I ordered by Uber One Mexicans Burger and hot dog. The Burger was so dry no sauce and because it was by delivery, it wasted packaged like rubbish. Same for hot dog too. We had to waste both . The fries was like a plastic and so cold. I totally wasted £35. I hope to respect the situation and call me ad pay back.

I went to buy fries for my daughter and i told them to make it peri peri fries 🍟 and they gave me plain chips and when i went back to tell them the manager (sidharth) he said she didn’t charge me for xtra peri peri spice but i told clearly and i paid full price still not received full order. I asked them to sprinkle the peri peri spices and he literally charged me again £0.50 pence for this .. very rude and unprofessional service..i went to shepherd’s bush Amigos
