Not sure about the rooms as I hadn’t stayed there but I can comment on the food and service. Had a wonderful staff member called Gabby assist me and recommend me some great things(things on the menu and what to do on the island) I had the Pizza+beer special to start with, a cocktail and took advantage of the 1/2 price frozen drinks. Everything was amazing, from the cheerfulness of the staff, the food and the quick service. Thank you gabby and the team .

An incredible 4 days escape at Bask, it was a dream! Manu was incredible in providing immediate service and assistance. Can’t wait to go back already!

Our server, Gabby was excellent! Super friendly! Jhonis was also very kind and welcoming. These two understand what hospitality means. This is our 8th day in Indonesia, and so many people have been fake, and just look at us for Money, and it's incredibly annoying. But here, we were able to relax and enjoy and not be bothered, and have real conversations. It felt really good for them to treat us like people. Seeing the staff here, and interacting with these two, reminded me of the hospitality you receive from luxury private Island resorts in the Maldives. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks Gabby and Jhonis! The pizza was excellent as well. We normally cringe at high tax/service charge at these nice places, but we received a higher value than we expected. ❤️

One of Indonesia's top resorts. Bask offers some of the most amazing views of Mt. Agung and one of the most exquisite sunsets I have ever seen. Our gorgeous, roomy, and incredibly cozy bungalow was right next to our own private pool. They also have their own beach club and by far the best in the Gilis or Bali.The cuisine was excellent. The steaks were cooked perfectly and of the highest quality. Best pizza I've ever had in Indonesia, hands down. The distinctive inventive cocktails were excellent,The Cheese Cake Sour, which is among the best dessert cocktails I've ever tasted, was my favorite. I never would have imagined that Gillis could have such an opulent restaurant. Their hidden cocktail bar downstairs, which was constructed beneath the beach club and features a massive glass wall overlooking the pool, astonished me. This was really amazing. This place had amazing cocktails; the Popcorn Rum Old Fashion is a must-try. The staff at Bask was incredibly professional and friendly. Manu took excellent care of us and was a fantastic host. We were fortunate enough to meet Greg, the owner, who gave us a tour of the property. What was even more amazing was when we learned that they were the ones who created "The Bask Statues," the underwater statues located 20 meters in front of the resort. Bask is a hidden gem in the Gilis. This is a must visit destination. Well done Greg, Manu, Chef Bastian and team.
