If you are looking for a property in Dubai, I cannot recommend Dana Annaieva highly enough. We recently worked with her to find a home for our family, and the entire experience was absolute top-tier from start to finish. As a young professional, Dana brings an incredible level of energy and enthusiasm to the job that is truly refreshing. She was deeply committed to finding the perfect match for my family, showing an impressive, hard-working dedication—often going well out of her way to arrange viewings, chase down details, and answer our late-evening questions without a moment's hesitation. Beyond her work ethic, what really set her apart was her absolute honesty. In a fast-paced market like Dubai, it is rare to find a broker who puts transparency above a quick commission. She gave us completely upfront, realistic insights into different neighborhoods, building management, and hidden fees. Dana is incredibly reasonable and pragmatic, focusing on practical family needs rather than just pushing high-end listings. During negotiations, her level-headed, practical approach ensured we secured a fantastic deal while keeping the entire process smooth and completely stress-free for my family. If you want a broker who is energetic, genuinely honest, and will outwork anyone else to find your dream home, Dana Annaieva is the person to call!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars – Absolutely Amazing Service! I honestly cannot recommend Svetlana enough! From start to finish, she has been absolutely incredible and has gone above and beyond in every possible way. From helping us secure our dream home to making the entire moving process from the UK as smooth as possible, nothing has ever been too much trouble. Her communication has been fantastic throughout, always keeping us updated, answering any questions and making sure everything was taken care of. What really sets Svetlana apart is that her support didn't stop once we secured the house. She has continued to go above and beyond, even helping us organise curtains, the garden, internet and all the little things that come with moving into a new home! Moving house, especially to a new country, can be stressful, but Svetlana has genuinely made the whole experience so much easier for us. It's rare to find someone who cares this much about their clients, and we are so grateful for everything she has done. If you're looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares, communicates brilliantly and goes that extra mile, Svetlana is your person! Couldn't recommend her highly enough! ❤️

Worse real estate ever, not just giving false promises but also keep lying and holding the cheques and deposits for 4 months. Until now didn’t receive anything except “sorry” and “we r following up”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *Outstanding Agent - Dana Annaieva - Palm Jumeirah Specialist* We had the pleasure of working with Dana while searching for a property in Palm Jumeirah (Trunk, Shoreline and Seashore). She is young, hard-working, caring, professional, smart and extremely methodical and organised. Unlike regular estate agents (or real estate as they say in Dubai), she was never pushy. Before our viewings, she called us to ask if we were familiar with the area - which we were not - and took the time to explain everything. She was absolutely hands-on and knew her properties inside out. Most of her properties were in great shape and some were absolutely beautiful and fully updated. You can tell she only shows quality listings. Unfortunately we ended up choosing another area in Dubai, so we didn't close a deal with Dana, which we were genuinely sad about. To give an example of how organised she is: she sent us a clear viewing schedule in advance - exact times, building names, and pace for each viewing (e.g. 1:30-2:00 Marina Residences 3, 2:15 Shoreline 20, etc.). Everything ran like clockwork, no waiting around in the heat, no confusion between towers. In Dubai, that level of organisation is rare and much appreciated. We highly recommend Dana to anyone looking in the Palm. If we ever move back to that area, she will be our first call. Thank you Dana!

Zeeshan is an exceptional real estate agent! He is extremely professional, kind, and always available. He handled all my doubts and concerns with great expertise and patience, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Faisal, Elisa, Ayappan, Thomas and the entire Larimar Team made our house a home over the 8 years we lived there. As the very first residents of the building, we have always been impressed with the high level of maintenance and service provided by all staff. We reluctantly leave our apartment as we move for personal reasons and already miss the convenience that Larimar & Better Homes provided.

Thanks to Angelique for an easy move, especially for very quick replies and extensive support with the procedure. Experience was smooth and comfortable

I was looking for a studio for myself and found one quickly. Many thanks to Ahmed, who helped me to find the apartment and get settled in. It was very attentive and helpful.

Was great working with Tamoor . He was very helpful and was able to get me a deal in a couple of days and helped me sort everything around it .

My experience working with Betterhomes was excellent. Ms. Svetlana is very professional and dedicated. I truly appreciate all her efforts."
