I attended your open day event in Milton Keynes today, where you were offering free burgers. I was excited to participate, but unfortunately, my experience left me quite disappointed. I paid £3 for a meal(order 281), yet I was not provided with any sauces or chips, which were part of the advertised offer. Considering the payment, I expected a more complete meal. I attempted to go back to into the restaurant, I was not allowed back in due to the long line. This left me feeling frustrated and unvalued as a paying customer.

Food came cold the beef burger had no flavour they offered to replace the fries but we left before they remembered to give it to us, the service was a half effort very good at saying hello but not good at following through with a service, the place was also freezing no heating at all and door left permanently open. The grill chicken was under cooked but in hindsight it did have a good flavour and also the 1.99 chicke. Burger was nice and warm. But I won’t be coming again Just go fat twins next door

Very bad behaviour and when we ask for something they are not responding at all. Train the staff first very well

Acton Amigos staff is very rude behave with delivery drivers and threatening the drivers of put bad reviews on uber

On my first visit, the service was very slow, but I gave the benefit of the doubt and decided to return. On my second visit, I placed a takeaway order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. However, when I arrived, the staff made me re-order the food from scratch, completely disregarding my phone order. When I tried to follow up afterwards, I was shocked to find that my phone number had been blocked, which I can only assume was done by the restaurant. This left me extremely disappointed. The combination of long delays, inadequate handling of orders, and disrespectful staff is unacceptable. The actual quality of the food is not up to par at all. It is soggy and feels like eating reheated food. My advice to anyone considering visiting this branch is to be prepared for delays, poor service, and unprofessional behaviour.

I've been coming to amigos since they had only one branch but I don't know if it's this branch or all of them!! There new coke and fizzy drinks sucks I have asked the staff to get me normal coke which he said £1 extra on top of £16 meal I was paying that includes the drink!! I understand it's a business you need to make money but this is pure greed!! It took them more than 45 minutes. Don't do normal coke at all it's better that way

Terrible food . HappyNero burger 🍔 no spice ,burger cold Never ever go again tooting branch

Horrendous service gave me and my cousins food after 45 munutes after consitently asking for our food, they forgot our order and forgot what drinks we got however we got a receipt and they also had it on the system. Absolutely horrendous i will never come back
