Myself and my friends went in house to try the original branch in Acton. I will break down in different sectors starting with the food, chips were undercooked, no seasoning very stale, buttermilk chicken fillet meal chicken batter, soaked with oil, overcooked very disappointed bun for the burger wasn’t good. Requested for a room temperature drink worker said no, but he said he’ll ask the manager manager comes out with zero Customer Service starts telling us she’s from the head office works in the head office and also Headoffice protocols of not giving room temperature drink as its only for uber. Which none of that was irrelevant as we had a chest infection. I just wanted a room temperature drink. Would not recommend this branch. They didn't give us any napkins or wipes. You have to request them when you tell them it seems like they are getting angry and irritated cause you are asking them. My fellow friend had stale cold chips and they felt insulted that we asked them to rectify it & sad that the “Head office Manager wasn’t saying or doing anything” I recommend other branches except this one. The food quality is very disgusting and not worth the money. I highly suggest that amigos investigate as thr manager is very unprofessional claims that she’s worked in the head office for someone who works in the head office. This isn’t the behaviour of a manager to behave like with customers.

Amigos Harrow road are absolutely taking liberty with the portion size of their meals. I ordered a 6oz Jacob meal and the burger definitely was not 6 ounces. It was absolutely tiny and I’ve been eating amigos in various locations across London for over 7 years. So I am fully aware of the usual portions sizes. My friend ordered a quarter chicken and it literary looked like a baby chicken leg. I am extremely disappointed especially for the price we paid. Amigos you need to get it together!

Quality of the food has gone down, ordered nearly £80 worth of burgers and sides...not a single item had taste, all were bland. Burgah Fries where the worse, broken down bland & tastelsss beef patty was spread ontop of fries....( all beef burger felt like had boiled meat with no taste). Rip off, and not worth the price. Never ordering from here again.

U should stop Too good to go. On the app it says u give away food worth £10 for £3.30 thats a lie becos you give only few wings or cpl of pieces of chicken and thats not worth £10. So pls stop Too good to go

Ordered a Buffalo wrap and a Korean wrap, both were inedible and way too spicy, we werent asked what level of spice we wanted, this was chosen for us!! Never again!! Way over priced as well for what we receive! Mac n Cheese bits were average as well.
