Overpriced and too much batter, less chicken.

Very slow staff Slow preparation Slow delivery preparation

Ordered take away through Deliveroo. And it was AWFULL. It’s like expectations and reality. Burger was small, dry, no extra cheese. Waste of money

They don’t wear hairnets and I found a hair in my chips and they refunded me £2

Talk about let down, false advertisement. Nothing like the picture and didnt even blend it properly.

Went and saw the workers making the food without gloves. Extremely disappointed that hygiene isn’t considered, he was making the burger whilst also using his phon w

they ask me if i want drinks , I ask what is available, they told me what’s available i ask for sprite , they give me the other kind of their drink from their own brand made one , but the sprite cans was over there near counter , i ask them i want one of those and they say they cannot do it , i ask them why and they say that only for delivery , i told them i walk all the way to this shop and i don’t deserve it ? they was keep saying they cannot do it they cannot do it , they was offering all sort of alternatives but not the one i asked for , and they keep refusing to ask what was in the receipt is very disrespectful that’s they treat people like fool and they pretend as normal or some sort of standard

I called the restaurant the number on delivery to inform them of my allergies. I called three times before somebody picked up. He shouted something I couldn’t understand and hung up. I called another three times and was greeted with disrespect. He said that the number I’m calling has nothing to do with him so I said I understand but that’s the number on the delivery and I need to tell someone about my dietary issues. He said what do you want me to do about it? He called me crazy. He started shouting very disrespectful.

We ordered pri pri grilled chicken with meal and tell the person make it juicy and it wasn't juicy and soft .. chicken was so dry and hard.. and didn't put enough sauce in it... Plus waited for very long time to get the food..
