RACIST MANAGEMENT AND STAFF! AVOID THIS ENTIRE FRANCHISE! After watching a film across the street at West 12, my 3 friends and I wanted to get some food so came here probably about 30 mins before they were due to close. When we began ordering our food to eat-in, the girl taking our order just looks at us up and down then turns to a man in the back of the kitchen to ask if they’re still doing eat-in orders. I’m guessing he was the manager or at least someone in an authoritative position, he glances at us then rudely says “NO! Just take away!” We were confused because the several different customers who had ordered just moments before us were not told this at all. We accepted that maybe they had said this to us because they were closing in 30 mins, HOWEVER as we were waiting for our food and milkshakes, many other customers came in AFTER us and were able to eat-in. NEITHER the girl taking the orders nor the ‘manager’ at the back told anyone else that they could only do a take-away order. It was clear to us that this was a RACIAL ISSUE, and that the girl who took our order and the ‘manager’ singled us as we were the only non-Arab/non-Muslim customers there. I have eaten at Amigos before at a different location and have noticed their biased preference in favour of customers who are Arab and/or Muslim, and simply disregarding customers who do not fit this description. I definitely will not be wasting my money eating at another Amigos again as it’s clear they openly support RACISM within their management and staff. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My first time going was a disappointment. Got the Amigo burger. Chips was unsalted and dry. And the burger was not going down my throat it was way too dry. I was really disappointed as I was so excited to try amigos 😭

The chiken burger were really really dry. The worst that I've never tried! We wait 45 minutes for two meals and we decide to change our order to take away as tables were dirty and greasy and a lot of people waiting for orders inside. Customer services was nice.

The meat had a very bad smell as if they cooked an out of date chicken. It was very disgusting made me feel sick. Called the restaurant and they didn't care they told me to call uber eat.

Despite the fact that I was waiting for food an hour to be delivered, food arrived cold chips were soggy and discusting, burger was missing veggies, coke was tasting like out of date from draft not in can as I ordered. Would strongly not recomend this place!!!

Disgusting food chicken was smelling chemicals products the coleslaw was old and melting . Avoid

The bread is not fresh, the burger is not cooked well and the staff singing like they are working in a kiosk or in the street.

I am absolutely disgusted. They forgot to put the popcorn chicken in, and ok, that can happen. But for my daughter’s double cheeseburger to taste of cleaning products??? Forget how disgusting that is (it is!) but it’s dangerous as well! I will not hesitate to litigate should any harm befall my daughter. Inshallah that will not happen. It better not happen. And to make it worse, I can’t even call as the number is not receiving calls! I am furious. Never again. Happy bloody New Year.

If I could give a worse rating I would. Firstly, they forgot to give the chicken popcorn we ordered, which we understand can sometimes happen. Secondly, and this is what really disgusted me, as I was eating my double cheeseburger it tasted like nail varnish remover or like cleaning products. (nail varnish/cleaning products in my food!!) I thought I was going crazy until I got my mum to taste it without telling her what I thought and she spat it out instantly. We have been trying to call the restaurant non-stop but they are not answering their phones. I have been put off my whole meal and I am so disgusted, I still have that nasty taste in my mouth. This is the first Amigos I have had a bad experience with, but has honestly put me off altogether. Wallahi save your money, health and tastebuds and do not order from this nasty place.
