I would say when the owner is on the grill (the big guy) , don’t not order the food from this store instead got to other branches. Manger and other staff makes really nice food and the food is always bang on with really good quality. The owner doesn’t even bother to use gloves and he made my burger last time and it was burnt and on top of it while he was on grill he came to the till give out the some change to the customer then made my burger without even sanitising his hand, and due to that it will be my last visit to This store.If he doesn’t know the hygiene standards he shouldn’t be working near the food and giving out burnt food

Waiting a long time

Order no 1061. 22/01/2020 time: 18:15pm. Waited 45 mins for my food not only to not get the main bit the cheeseburger was a family order with more meals had to sacrifice my burger for everyone else due to one burger missing.

I have ordered 2 plain burgers and they came normal

Terrible place. One of Amigos first customers in the Acton branch and a massive regular. Been to the Acton branch 100s times over the last ten years and served by 100s of staff been brilliant each time. Wembley branch is beyond a joke mainly because of the boy at the front. Poor customer service skills. Been about 5 times each time dissapointed. I asked for extra onions and peri sauce twice turned out to be a dry burger with no onions. He never put the details on receipt and did not bother telling the chef seemed lazy. Had issues each of the previous times with same guy. No wonder it is so quiet compared to other branches. Dissappintment to the Amigo brand.

I don’t know who is giving this place such high reviews. It is terrible. The food is awful. The shakes are very good, but I’ve had better burgers at the all night dirty kebab shop. And the chicken is better at one of those dodgy chicken shops that are probably just money laundering fronts. Waited nearly 45 mins for 2 burgers, 2 shakes, and some chicken strips. We ordered in person, in the store, there was only 1 person there when we arrived. 2 large groups arrived after we ordered and they got their food first. Also 3 Deliveroo drivers arrived and picked up orders in this time. There were 3 employees on duty, so I don’t know what in the world they were doing all that time. It’s not cheap either, so I don’t know how they justify those prices. Also, we’ve been horribly bloated for hours after eating this food. I can’t remember the last time I was so disappointed by food. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
