Not worth the time my chips came back cold and when I told them he said quote “Its your fault”if i could rate it 0 stars I would never going there again the milkshakes were good but they filled me up more than the food They mixed up the order and tried to say we were wrong when they realised we were right he didn’t apologise they did not even offer food on the house (Free) They have no website or free WiFi they also came and served you late and when served they was barley any space for seating the burgers were dry and the wings were pink the cheesy chips had sauce had them not real cheese and there was too much on them The tables were dirty and we had to sit next to strangers which was uncomfortable We had to sit on metal chairs which were uncomfortable and we had to sit next to the door and it was cold and the door did not shut properly it was always ajar.

The staff are awful. Took them 4 times to get my order right.

Got turned away because we wanted a big order and it was very busy... how sad i visited this place especially for the reviews ended up going to a cheaper takeaway shop few doors down very dissapointed

Staff are unprofessional, the worst customer service ever! I waited for over 20mins and found a food in my hair, when I asked how long my food would take I got totally dismissed!

They told me it would take 15 minutes to prepare my food it took 35 minutes instead.... No apologies. They didn't have basic things like cups to take away any sourses! Nice burger but not worth the poor service

They have more then 1 year staff wanted. Thet Take the people when is busy and after never call, because they take all the time new people when they need ! Don t go there at work, they have the paper in the windows more than 1 year !

Very slow to deliver. Driver was hanging around for an hour! Took one hour and 45 minutes to cook 4 burgers and some chips! No contact number! Took order said 15 to 25 mintures! If I could give a - stars I would as this kind of service is not acceptable!
