Very disappointing experience – poor food and service I visited Amigos with my 10-year-old son, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We waited around 45 minutes for just three pieces of chicken, and when the food finally arrived, it was unbelievably oily. I had to use four napkins just to soak up the excess oil from a single piece of chicken. The food was simply not appetising. To make matters worse, when we asked for some sauce, the staff seemed offended by our request rather than being helpful or accommodating. In the end, we were so disappointed with the food and the service that we decided not to eat at all and left the restaurant. A long wait, excessively oily food, and an unwelcoming attitude from the staff made this a thoroughly unpleasant experience. We expected much better and certainly won't be rushing back. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into both the food quality and customer service.

Has the Butter Chicken burger and it was very hard and crunchy, did not enjoy it at all. Really, really horrible, felt cheated.

If you want to be left disappointed then go for it! Ordered a small meal using JustEat. BBQ Texas Hot Dog (No onions, just BBQ Sauce) and chips. With Churros. Not a difficult order to get wrong but somehow they did! After 45 minutes my food turned up, cold chips, churros a state and the hot dog upside down in the box covered in mustard and ketchup. Called the restaurant and they told me to place another order and they send a replacement. More money, another delivery charge. Place is an absolute joke! Don't waste your time.

Had to wait over 25 minutes for a milkshake that wasnt even that nice

milkshakes can be good certain ones but today i got 2 bits of plastic and a slice of onion, thanks to a guy eating while making my milkshake. that is disgusting

Very poor on collection today. Placed a just eat order today at 6:30pm went to collect just after 7pm as it said it was ready. Arrived and was told it would be a couple of minutes left at 7:25 . Ontop of this operator who made milkshake used a dirty lid on the maker (clearly wasn't washed properly as could see cream from previous use on top of lid). He also made very little and tried to hide this fact until i pointed out that this was not filled to the normal level which he sort of half heartedly corrected (did not apologise for mistake). Burgers were packed very haphazardly and were a bit pink rather than well done as per previous collections. Complained to just eat about hygiene issue above. Seemed they are not intrested. Very poor service from both. Highly disappointed.

Do not order delivery they will always leave something out when i called they said oh re order so who will pay for that?? Then refused to give their name!

I ate here recently and I ordered a burger, had to call off work because it gave me food poisoning I was vomiting and going to the toilet the whole night. Stay away from the Mexican burger
