The burger was great, I really enjoyed the taste and quality. The price is not too expensive but is not cheap either, which is what you’d want for a burger place as it indicates they are using better quality products. Where Amigos went wrong was: - Staff are very inexperienced and do not work properly. - They have a horrible wait time, probably the worst wait time I have ever seen. - Very unprepared when making orders/taking orders. - They display in-house aggression publicly which is extremely unprofessional. (As when the manager was having a go at one of the staff in front of all of us. As customers we don’t want to see that because it gives us a bad taste of the restaurant). The food is amazing, but if your on your lunch break or in a rush, your better off going to Chicago grill or GBK further down the road which has similar quality and faster wait times.

Over 1000 reviews with an average of 4.9 signifies an exceptional and unique restaurant. Amigos is neither. I can only assume fake reviews, or promotions such as discounts for 5 stars. It's essentially Morley's, but a bit better. The chicken burger was nothing to write home about. Fries were better with some seasoning but it's just another fast food chain. Didn't have the beef burgers but they looked gross. It does have a decent menu selection and a very good variety of milkshake flavours. But the food is just not that good quality. All these 5 star reviews are bewildering. Must be fake.

The Buttermilk burger was Nice/okay depending on whether you get fresh slice of meat in your burger; or one that is hard and old. The fries are awful! For a premium burger meal they give you worse fries than a chicken shop! Hugely disappointed! As for the drink, it's one from the machine so not an actual coke/fanta/sprite, etc - you get coke syrup instead so not fooled by the size of the drink.

Decent burgers

Not the best but not the worst

Just average. Burger was OK but nothing special. For £8.50 I expected something better. On a positive side, the place was clean and there is a sink where you can wash your hands.

First time trying was disappointing the was messy and tasteless needed more seasoning did not enjoy not worth the wait took 25min to get my order. However I enjoyed the chips freash and hot.
