The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent and is the main reason I continue to visit. Every meal I have had has been fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavour. The menu offers a good variety of options, and the quality of the food is generally very high. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the service. Waiting times are often unacceptable. It can take a very long time just to get served, and once you’ve ordered, you can end up waiting even longer for your food to arrive. While delays can be understandable during busy periods, this seems to be a regular occurrence rather than an occasional issue. The attitude of some staff members also leaves a lot to be desired. Customer service does not always feel like a priority, and staff can sometimes come across as uninterested or unwelcoming. A simple smile, greeting, or acknowledgment can make a big difference, but that often seems to be missing. Cleanliness is another area that needs improvement. Although it is not always the case, there have been multiple occasions where tables have been left covered with trays, food, or rubbish from previous customers. Spills and messes can also remain unattended for long periods, giving the restaurant a neglected appearance. The milkshake station is particularly inconsistent. There appears to be one member of staff who either has not been properly trained or simply does not take enough care when preparing drinks. On several occasions, milkshakes have been poorly mixed, leaving large chunks and unmixed ingredients throughout the drink, which is disappointing considering the price customers pay. Overall, the food is fantastic, but the restaurant is being let down by slow service, poor cleanliness standards, inconsistent drink preparation, and a lack of customer-focused service. There is a lot of potential here, but significant improvements are needed to match the quality of the food.
