The staff were all very friendly, and the service is top-notch—quick, efficient, and with a genuine sense of care. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied, and you can feel the difference in their attention to detail. Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely amazing. Everything is cooked to perfection, bursting with flavour, and very fresh. I tried the wings, Popcorn Chicken Bites, fries and the Amigo Burger. I'm a big foodie and love a burger and fries, and I can honestly say the food here was delicious. The wings were absolutely delicious; think Nando's but with even more flavour! The popcorn chicken didn't disappoint; larger than average but not too big...a very nice starter or side to accompany the Burger. And speaking of the burger, it was incredible. Everything was cooked to perfection: the perfectly toasted brioche bun, the fresh salad, the patty, it was perfect. I can only imagine how good the other ones must taste! On top of all that, the cleanliness of the restaurant is impressive. The dining area is spotless, the bathrooms are well-maintained, and it’s clear that the management takes pride in creating a welcoming, hygienic space for their customers. This fast food spot sets a new standard in the Hounslow area: combining outstanding service, incredible food, and an immaculately clean environment. Highly recommended!

This branch of Amigos did not disappoint and has to be the best for customer service!! The owner Ash was very accommodating and even did a special request off the menu. Ask for their Happynero with an additional chicken patty! Absolutely amazing - highly recommended!

Fantastic news branch of Amigos. Excellent service and great quality food. The ingredients were fresh. Food prep time was fast and the service was spot on. They got my order slightly wrong but it wasn't a big deal. When I mentioned it they gave me a free portion of churros which was nice of them. I didn't actually make a fuss of it but a member of staff asked how my meal was so I mentioned the order mistake. I hate it when restaurants have to throw away food so I just ate it anyway. But overall I was really satisfied. The food here is halal 🍖🐔

His service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He made sure everything was just right, from taking my order to ensuring I had the best experience possible. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. Then there’s Touhid, the chef, who is an absolute master at what he does. The man knows exactly how to cook a perfect burger every time. You can tell he pays close attention to every detail, making sure it’s grilled just right with the perfect balance of flavors. His dedication to his craft truly shows in every bite. If you’re looking for the freshest and best-grilled burger in London, Amigos is the place to be. Manager was really amazing ....gave us complimentary wings because we had to wait to be served, as they were dealing with an indecisive group of people. Store neat and clean.
