Ordered food from Amigos in Acton tonight. To my shock and horror my chicken and rice should have discarded the day before and instead was given to me when I placed my order tonight which is the next day after the discard date! This is unacceptable! I have posted the photos. If I was close by I would have gone back but instead it went to the bin!

I visited amigos and had a random man intimidate me and my friends by coming extremely close to us. I told a staff member at amigos to notify the manager and get this man out of the shop. The man looked out of it and was unwell and was intimidating me. The manager did nothing and other male customers got involved and consistently told the odd man to leave us alone. They even got up to walk the odd man out of the shop several times. I confronted the manager at the end after getting my food and asked him why he didn’t kick him out, the manager said I kicked him out three times before he keeps coming back, it was busy sorry, next time. I find this response appalling, I told the manager, I couldn’t care less how busy you are, three girls in your shop are uncomfortable. Manager reassured me saying next time as he would be better next time? Weirdest response ever, there is no next time, why would I come back here. Ps, I have been to this amigos often and the manager would recognise me at this point. This service and lack of safety was appalling and I wouldn’t want anyone else to feel uncomfortable this way and have no support from staff members.

The service of amigos burgers and shakes is very bad. I have placed the order many times but mostly it comes cold. If I call them they say it is getting ready and will send it hot but by the time it reaches my house it becomes like a dry papad.☹️☹️

I am an Uber driver and I am unhappy with this Amigos Burger and Shakes because their manager is irritating and crazy, he doesn't treat the delivery boys well and always uses abusive language👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I ordered a texan burger and service was very poor , they just put the burger in the tray without wrapping the burger. They used to have a good service i donot know what happen now?

Half the delivery was not there

The quality of their food lately has been very disappointing . I ordered a chicken wrap , chips and wings. The chicken in the wrap was tough , stale and stringy . It did not taste fresh and I’m very concerned what kind of food they are allowing us to eat . The chips were not cooked properly . The wings were not tasty either . The food used to be good but the last few times I have ordered the quality was bad . Expensive prices but the quality does not match what you’re paying for .

I regret to say that my recent experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The food quality was subpar, resembling waste rather than a well-prepared meal. What's more concerning is the unprofessional behavior of the staff, who not only used vulgar language towards customers but also displayed a complete lack of respect and decency. Even a basic order, such as a burger, took an unreasonably long time to prepare, exceeding half an hour. This kind of service is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment until they address these serious issues.

did not like the service and it price is over...
