Came here for a takeout. There was a fat woman who served us. When we were ready to order the woman was taking our order (worth £25) we decided to add the chipotle fries. So we paid extra. When they gave us our order, we left the shop and went back to our accom, to find no chipotle chips. So we decided to go back without our order and ask the people for the chipotle fries. The white fat woman decided to come and speak to us. She shouted at me and told me she put the seasonings for the chips separately in a packet (indirect making me feel blind) and told me to go back home to check my order properly . I kept quiet and came back home. When I checked my order I didn’t find anything(at this point I was so frustrated) the only thing I found was a bunch of tissues packed in little bags that look similar to the seasoning packets. I went back (the woman who told me she already put the chipotle seasoning in my order), comes walking to me after chatting to her colleagues and gives me the seasonings. 🤔No apology , nothing. This was the third time I came back to amigos to collect something. I was frustrated (at this point my food was cold at home) so I told her why did u send me back ? If u had the seasoning the whole damn time? She told me that she asked me to wait as she was getting the seasonings. In my head I’m thinking , you literally sent me back and told me you already put it in ???? so I asked her why she was lying ? She literally sent me back and told me to check my order. The woman goes like you’re a liar. I told her it wasn’t right for her to shout at me. She was like I didn’t shout at u. Bruhh. My blood was boiling. If you ever encounter this woman /read this review, please fire this woman as she is so rude. She didn’t even smile once and kept lying like a rat. She even called me a liar?? Why would I even go back 3 times ????? All I wanted was my meal! Amigos workers are actually the worst people man, learn some manners! If u see her she’s a light, fat woman. Idk if she’s a manager or what but she’s the worst person I’ve ever spoken to in retail, and I’m a calm person too. I don’t even argue with people. This was on the 23/02/22, check the cctv. Worst person ever. Do not go here as they’re rude and don’t even smile man.... I’ve just read your reviews and many people have issues with their orders too, staff talking instead of making the food , order being incomplete (like mine) and them being extremely rude.... amigos management needs to fix these things and hire staff that can actually do good work!

Food was really tasty - I had a double cheeseburger meal, and it was all noticeably fresher all over than, say, McDonald's. The burger wasn't huge, but indeed had a large amount of chips. The ketchup & mustard inside the burger was yum, but the BBQ and garlic sauces that came free on the side were different than what I was used to, and really nice. They also had a sort of BBQ-mint flavour sauce, and it was super yum. They had a special 'Amigo's own' sauce - but that was £0.99 extra (and to go from a regular to a large meal was only 50p more), and not worth the price, IMHO. In terms of size-value-for-money, I'd defo rate it highly, again. McDonald's large meal would set you back like £6? My large meal was £5.49 (without the Amigo sauce), not quiiite as large burger-wise as Maccies, but overall way nicer! Staff are super friendly and helpful, place was super clean, with a fun decour :) Plugs at some of the tables, and ok WiFi. Also, the menu has chicken (wings, pittas, wraps, etc), as well as the usual burgers & chips, desserts, drinks, etc. Fun lunchtime experience, defo would recommend, overall!

The websites misleading tells you it’s a dine in location but it’s just an industrial park for deliveroo drivers. Came all the way for no reason not impressed

Lovely, tasty and juicy burgers. Price was reasonable. Ample seating available. Place was clean. Woukd recommend to families.

Amazing food for price and big portions!! Would recommend!!
