We ate at Bask and Julad was our waiter. He was really nice to us and happily welcomed us. He is a really nice waiter who gives you a nice and warm feeling.

Our family stayed in a 3 bedroom villa for a week in July 2026 to celebrate our son’s thirtieth birthday. We enjoyed ourselves hugely and loved Bask with a few minor quibbles regarding the room. However, it was the absolutely wonderful staff that made our stay so very, very special. From the gardeners through to the front of house everyone was warm, friendly and welcoming. But there were two particular staff that I want to acknowledge. Firstly, Fandi, who was especially attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. Secondly, I say an enormous terima kasih banyak to Farobie who went to extraordinary lengths to help us through an almost impossible situation. Bask is very lucky to have such incredible staff.

We've been to Gili Meno several times, and it remains one of our favorite islands. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings keep bringing us back. This time we stayed at BASK, and it exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Daya at the front office. He welcomed us with a genuine smile, was always kind and helpful, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. His warm hospitality and professionalism truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

This is honestly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beachfront, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Unlike many other places, it never felt overcrowded, and there were always enough sunbeds for guests. The reserved sunbeds are a fantastic idea, so there's no need to wake up early to secure a spot. The food deserves a special mention. It is simply outstanding—fresh, delicious, reasonably priced, and full of flavour. If I could, I would give the food **6 out of 5 stars**! Every meal we had exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. They truly made us feel at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained throughout our stay. Overall, BASK Gili Meno exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality beachfront escape in Gili Meno.

(Translated by Google) We came to Gili Meno from Bali for our honeymoon and stayed at this hotel on a room-only basis for two nights. First of all, I must say that the hotel's architecture and design are truly beautiful. However, unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations beyond the visuals. The sea is not as it appears in the photos. Although the ocean view is wonderful, the seabed is quite rocky, and it's almost impossible to swim comfortably without water shoes. The activities available at the hotel are quite limited. It might be sufficient for 1-2 days, but you're very likely to get bored with longer stays. There aren't many things to do on the island anyway. Food and drink prices are extremely expensive compared to Bali. You pay approximately 3-4 times the price. We spent about 11,000 TL on breakfast and dinner alone in 2 days. Massages, boat tours, and snorkeling activities are also quite expensive. Unfortunately, the service we received for these prices was mediocre. The staff constantly asking for our room number was also annoying. It might be for security reasons, but being asked repeatedly at almost every encounter didn't make us feel welcome as guests. Our biggest disappointment was the room cleaning. Cleaning was limited to taking out the trash and making the bed. The floors weren't mopped at all. We were in the room during cleaning and saw this firsthand. Not cleaning the floors in a room with constant coming and going is unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. From a distance, the rooms look clean, but a closer look reveals a different reality. Finally, I'd like to give some important information for honeymoon couples. There were far more families with children than we expected. If you're planning a quiet, romantic, and peaceful honeymoon, this hotel might not be the right choice for you. Overall, while the hotel's design is very impressive, it definitely didn't meet our expectations in terms of price-performance ratio. We wouldn't choose it again.
