The place brings to mind the vibes of Ibiza’s beach bars – the entire venue is truly stunning. The music perfectly matches the atmosphere of the space, with deep fusion house sounds setting the mood. Guests can also enjoy a large pool, perfect for cooling off. That said, I’d like to share a few constructive remarks which I hope will help to raise the overall standard of this venue. Despite the large number of staff, the service doesn’t always run smoothly. It is noticeable that waiters often have to double-check orders multiple times. One of the coffees was served with curdled coconut milk (the drink was immediately replaced, but such an issue really shouldn’t happen). The octopus salad looked beautiful, though the flavor was simply “good.” My biggest concern, however, lies with the cocktails – they are overly diluted and far too weak. Adding eight ice cubes to a small cup means that after a short while, the cocktail turns into water. The tempeh curry lacked character – for an Asian-inspired dish, the flavor was surprisingly mild and slightly watered down. While the cocktails look attractive, they fall short both in taste and in alcohol content. In conclusion: visually, this place is absolutely stunning, but from a culinary perspective it requires significant improvements.

Our Studio Plus was spacious, beautifully furnished, and thanks to excellent sealing, insects stayed out – a real plus in a tropical climate. A particular highlight was the food: incredibly delicious, fresh, and varied. Whether salad, raw fish, or other specialties – you can enjoy everything here without hesitation. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and very accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. While the beach directly in front of the hotel has some dead coral, those who swim out a little further are rewarded with a fascinating underwater world – colorful coral, numerous fish, and even turtles. Conveniently, snorkels, goggles, and water shoes can be rented directly at the hotel. The pool area is also fantastic – stylishly designed, with comfortable loungers and daybeds that can easily be reserved a day in advance. For anyone wanting to escape the daily grind and simply unwind, the Hotel Bask on this tranquil island is a true hidden gem. We'd love to come back again! Praktisch: Schnorchel, Schwimmbrille und Wasserschuhe kann man direkt im Hotel ausleihen. Auch der Poolbereich ist traumhaft – stilvoll gestaltet, mit bequemen Liegen und Betten, die sich problemlos einen Tag im Voraus reservieren lassen. Für alle, die dem Alltag entfliehen und einfach die Seele baumeln lassen möchten, ist das Hotel Bask auf dieser ruhigen Insel ein echter Geheimtipp. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed in a Studio Plus for seven nights, and the experience was exceptional in every way. The location is easily the most stunning on the island, and the food is likely the best you’ll find. While not inexpensive, the value for money is absolutely worth it. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Evenings feature live music, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. In short: highly recommended!

On the two days we were on the island we visited bask and stayed there the entire day. The beach club is one of the best beach clubs I have ever been to. The staff are super friendly and attentive and the food is good. One staff member in particular, Fiki, made our experience at Bask exceptional. On our second visit we had asked the general manager if it was possible Fiki dine with us and he made this happen. It was the best dinner experience to learn more about someone that had helped us and made our experience enjoyable!! Thank you to all your staff
