Even if getting a room here isn’t in your budget, you should absolutely come by for happy hour to try their drinks, order some food, sample a dessert (or 4) and swim in the lovely pool with a sunset view. Probably the best vibe on the whole island. The wonderful staff even remembered my name and drink order when I returned the next day. A couple of negatives: BASK allows people to smoke in the restaurant, and I had a couple of guys chain smoking right next to me the whole time I was trying to enjoy my dinner… the smell ruined the taste of the food and even made me cough it got so bad. Also, there were little kids screaming and crying in the pool all afternoon, which I guess can happen at any place that caters to families… but it’s a vibe killer if you’re trying to have a relaxing afternoon or evening.

Amazing restaurant and service!

We would especially like to thank Yuda, Nengah, Elvi and Irfan for two great evenings at Bask. It was a great experience twice, from the service to the culinary food. Yuda and his team gave us a wonderful welcome twice and read our every wish from our lips. Irfan showed us around the entire restaurant on the last evening and guided us through the food and wine stations. He took a lot of time for us and we would come back again and again just for him. Yuda had an eye and an ear for us the whole time and did everything to make us feel comfortable. The food itself was better than anywhere else, from fish to meat and the pizza. Perfect place to spend a day, at the pool, on sofa/sunbed and enjoying food & drinks. Vibing atmosphere, with music and this island vibes. Scenery is beautiful and the place so aesthetic. Also a beautiful place to enjoy a beach front stay on a quiet island with a high & good service. One of the only place private pool on the beach. (If it’s not the only one like that)
