Terrible, terrible service, they forgot my private transfer from Gili t to Gili Meno threes times not once, three times. They keep apologizing and then don’t even give me the WiFi password I had to go out and asked a waiter. Beautiful place but service it is really terrible, mistake after mistake, they won’t reply or answer when ordering food or drinks. I would never come back to this resort, next time I will stay in Gili air instead.

We had an incredible dinner and evening at Bask, we were served by Nengah who was brilliant and very attentive, the setting was stunning.

Dining was an absolute experience!! We ordered a bottle of wine and was then escorted by the manager into the wine cellar… the food was way above expectations and we were catered to by the amazing Ari. 100% recommend
