Mohamed Elhadi is a diligent and consummate professional who consistently demonstrated integrity and transparency throughout our dealings - qualities that are increasingly rare in the real estate market. He is efficient, responsive and solution-oriented, always willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

I had a really great experience with Better Homes, and especially with Zeeshan Ahmed. He was honestly the best and made the whole process so much easier for me. I was quite overwhelmed in the beginning because I wasn’t sure which area I should look at, what price I should be paying, or what kind of apartment would be best for me. Zeeshan took the time to understand what I was looking for, advised me on the area and pricing, and helped me find the right apartment. He managed to get me the apartment at a very competitive price compared to other units in the building, and I even got a pool view, which was a bonus. He was also very quick to respond whenever I had a question and was always helpful throughout the process. The whole thing, from finding the apartment to completing the documentation, Ejari, and moving in, took less than a week. Everything was handled very smoothly and without any stress on my side. I’m really happy with the apartment and especially grateful to Zeeshan for making the whole experience so easy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in Dubai.

Thank you, Betterhome, for always providing the highest quality and most reliable service. Thank you, Noha and Yamen — this is the second time you have helped us resolve our property matters, and I believe there will be a third.

I just worked with Yamen who helped me buy an apartment on Yas Island- very professional, diligent and direct. No silly sales pitches; just honest information based on my requirements. Very happy- the transaction was smooth and well handled. Yamen communicates really well keeping you updated throughout the process.

Exceptional service!

We had a very good experience with Ronaldo Rusca while looking at residential properties in Dubai. He was very attentive from the beginning, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and showed us several interesting options. What really stood out was how available and willing to help he was throughout the process. Even though we haven’t made a final decision or closed a deal yet, Ronaldo has been excellent to work with and made the property search much easier. Very professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

We are very happy with our experience with Better Homes Sharjah – Al Ghazal Tower. The building is well managed, and we especially appreciate Ms. Naveen, the Building Manager, for being extremely supportive, cooperative, and professional. We are very thankful to Ms. Naveen for her prompt responses and for always being helpful whenever we need assistance. Her dedication and positive attitude make a big difference. Highly recommended, and thank you to the Better Homes team for the excellent support!

We first worked with Daimon four years ago when we bought our home in Sustainable City, and we’ve stayed in touch with him ever since, sometimes to talk about the Dubai property market and investment opportunities, and sometimes just for a friendly catch-up. Four years later, Daimon has now helped us sell that same home as we prepare to move to abroad for work. It was an emotional sale for us. We loved our home and were genuinely sad to leave it, and the process itself wasn’t always straightforward, with a number of complications on our side. This is where Daimon really stood out. He managed the relationship between us and the buyers incredibly well. There was trust on both sides, communication stayed open, and even when things became complicated, there was never unnecessary frustration or pressure. He kept the buyers informed, helped us find creative solutions when problems came up, and somehow kept everyone working together with respect. I know Daimon’s sales numbers speak for themselves, but I joke with him that property is the wrong business for him because he cares too much! He genuinely checked in to see how we were doing, not just where we were with the sale. Having now experienced both buying and selling a home with Daimon, I think what sets him apart is his sincerity and authenticity. He genuinely cares about the people involved. We will absolutely continue working with Daimon in the future and already are. And for anyone we work with in other property markets, he has set a very high standard to live up to. Christo and Nadia

We had Daimon help us find and secure a property for purchase. We knew the area we wanted but very few things come to market here and when they do they get snapped up within days. Daimon helped us find the property before it even came to market and helped us through the entire process. He went above and beyond to explain everything, make us feel at ease, and get us set up. I've recommended him to someone else and he also helped them with the same over and above attitude. I would hesitate to recommend him to others in the future. 10/10, if I were looking for anywhere new or to sell I would come to him first

We had the lucky opportunity to deal with Betterhomes through Mr. Wisdom. He was extremely professional, clear, polite and friendly. We as owners have felt very valued and understood, and our property well evaluated and presented fairly to the tenants. He was very clear with communication throughout the process. Mr. Wisdom has represented his company in the best way possible, taking our interests into his top considerations. I am very happy with Betterhomes, and especially that we have dealt with Wisdom. Super satisfied and very highly recommended!
