I worked with Mia Engledew and she was super helpful for the whole process. I had a very positive experience working with her throughout the entire rental process. There were a few complications along the way, but she was always very helpful, responsive and supportive in resolving them. She consistently followed up with the landlord and management, kept me updated, and did her best to move things forward even when the issues were outside of her direct control. I especially appreciated her patience and communication throughout the process.

I had a really great experience with Better Homes, and especially with Zeeshan Ahmed. He was honestly the best and made the whole process so much easier for me. I was quite overwhelmed in the beginning because I wasn’t sure which area I should look at, what price I should be paying, or what kind of apartment would be best for me. Zeeshan took the time to understand what I was looking for, advised me on the area and pricing, and helped me find the right apartment. He managed to get me the apartment at a very competitive price compared to other units in the building, and I even got a pool view, which was a bonus. He was also very quick to respond whenever I had a question and was always helpful throughout the process. The whole thing, from finding the apartment to completing the documentation, Ejari, and moving in, took less than a week. Everything was handled very smoothly and without any stress on my side. I’m really happy with the apartment and especially grateful to Zeeshan for making the whole experience so easy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in Dubai.
