Avez-vous consulté les avis sur Amigos Burgers & Shakes ?

I am a fairly regular at Amigos, however the last time I visited was really disappointing. The food was the same good standard as usual, however the customer service was close to appalling. Not only did I wait over 40 minutes for a takeaway order of 10 wings and a milkshake (surely there’s no logical reason it should take this long). But the server charged me wrong twice (once undercharging and then over charging) and didn’t apologise for any of the inconvenience caused by the long waiting times. Everything was short mannered and sullen. Honestly, I think I could have forgiven waiting such a long time if the staff were polite or friendly. But it was not worth it in my opinion. I would rather just pay extra and get it delivered then have to go through with this whole experience again.

food is delicious. reason for low review. they play music. In my order I had pita bread that I hadn't asked for. I asked for it to be packed up in a bag. he kept saying just eat it. eventually he just threw it in the bin. some professionalism would help.

Staff were friendly but the chicken wasn't that great.

Average food from Slough branch. Customer service was terrible. Playing loud music in the background while they taking orders. Poor customer service.

I don't understand the hype of this place TBH. Beef burger wasn't great but the people I was with all ate the chicken and they liked it.

We took a wrap, 2 burgers, a hot dog and a portion of tender strips. The fries and sauces are good but the chicken and tenders used for burgers and wraps are under cooked. They need to cook them properly also the amount of peri sauces used for basting is very less. Disappointed

Took ages to "make" and the end result was the chips were the only decent thing, even the coke was flat. The burger was smothered in this generic chilli sauce and mayo, most likely to camouflage the pretty bad taste of the patties. I had to open all the windows as the smell was awful, then spray Febreeze all over the room. Their boss burger looked nothing like the picture as well. McDonald's even tastes better than this cr@p

Fries were cold, burger dry and quite tasteless. Won’t be returning
