Went in and bought a double pattie chicken classic meal with an extra cheese burger it was £16.73 for the meal in total after I come home the double pattie chicken classic only had one fillet. Called and was asked to come in they will offer me a new meal takes me 15 mins to drive so left it and was informed I would get another meal. To just show my reciept next time yet to see what happens next time I do go in. UPDATE: Called 2 weeks later 15.11.25 to confirm before I go and pick up the guy Ayman who promised me the meal gave me a lot of attitude on the phone and says he shouldnt give me the meal because I left an honest and modest 3 star review. Then got confrontational with me, had he kept his word the 3 stars would have went to 5 but as he gave me attitude and decided to go back on his word for leaving an honest review thats 1 star. I been going Acton branch and many other brances since 2012 and personally know the owners from Acton when they first and only had Acton never have any of the guys treated me like Ayman who spoke to me like a road man. That said I am stilll owed £3 for the extra patty they charged me and I never got.

Collected my order and asked for the toilets but the guy rudely refused saying it’s out of order.

I ordered the hotbox 3 combo meal in hot and the tenders were super oily, coated in so much batter. Very little to no flavour for something which is flavour as hot. I really don’t recommend tbh. There’s better alternatives elsewhere

I’m disappointed with the burger and fries quality. The chicken burger is hard and the grilled bits are bitter for some reason. The fries taste old and dry. I ordered from here before ages ago, but nothing has changed. The only decent thing was the milkshake! Dont waste your money!

Ordered a burger and milkshake and waffle fries and surprise no burger tried to call up was useless told us to use just eat to get money back not the point we ordered a burger from a burger place

On Sunday 19/10/25 We went to this place because my daughter 12 wanted to try their milkshake, it looked nice but after 2 sips she found a piece of plastic in her mouth, she thought it was nothing but in the second sip she had plenty of small pieces in her mouth.we went back the complain the guy took quickly the cup and give use a refund. Back home my daughter start complaining about stomach aches at 9pm she started to vomiting until 11pm , today she missed school.

This was my first time trying Amigos, and certainly my last. Only 2 staff members were working in the kitchen and the front desk. Took about 30 minutes to get a burger, cheesy fries and a side. That is 10 minutes longer the Fat Twins next door. The beef burger was horrendous! Overcooked to the point that it was burnt, lots of charring on the outside of the beef patty, as well as extremely dry. Every bite tasted of burnt charring. Even the burger bun was over charred on top of the bun. A terrible experience.
