Bad service

Staff were good at the start and food wasn’t as good as the other branches like southall

Staff very slow, took 25 minutes for a wrap

Was expecting the same quality as their Acton branch...very disappointed. First of all the order arrived with missing items. The mac and cheese bites were cooked from frozen. The chips were definitely not fresh. The burgers were all overcooked and under seasoned. Never had this problem with the Amigos in Acton or Shepherds Bush.

The customer service is brilliant here, made an order through uber eats and called to make a few changes to my order, the women at the restaurant was very accomodating. Unfortinetly the food really let me down. The chilly cheese fries were actually really nice however i couldn't even eat my burger as it wasn't nice at all. The hashbrown in burger was still semi-frozen and the meat tastes cheap just generally an unpleasant burger.

You'll wait a long time to go "meh". So the popular opinion is that if there is a line up outside a place, it must be popular. Well, noooooooooo! Turns out the line is due to so low, the NHS or Inland Revenue could serve you quicker! In fact, in the time I had to wait for this chicken burger & fires, I would have gone to the nearby Morrisons, bought the ingredients myself, cook it and be half way through the dishes before I could have any hope of my order being done. A far as the food goes - it was OK (cold fries aside). Value for money - again, not really yipee ki-ya territory. Service - they look too panicked to put up any façade, so be prepared for tasty hints of neuroticism in their peri-peri-sauce. So if you want some lunch there, bring a packed lunch or a good book to pass the time.

Not so bad

Staff are disorganised, Tables are always dirty. Waiting time for a burger is usually 45+ mins.

We usually travel from Slough to have our Amigos treat but tonight's experience was really disappointing. We are regular customers but not sure what happened tonight. Got a kids meal and for some reason , me wanting to change my fruit shoot for a small fanta was a big ask. Firstly, they didn't allow it and then when I said I'd buy a drink separately it had to be authorised my another member if staff! Then my Happynero had so much chilli in it that I couldn't go in for a second bite ( remember, I usually order this). male customers stomers were asked to wait outside ( in the cold) whilst it was fine for female customers to wait inside. Totally ruined my experience today and this is doesn't even mention the attitude the young lady behind the till had. Needs to learn some politeness and courtesy.
