Best service Touhid

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly one of my top 3 spots in the UK for a proper burger 🍔🔥. I went for the Mexican Beef Burger 12oz, an Amigos Cola, and some Peri Peri chips – and wow, everything was on point 🤩. The burger was juicy and packed with flavour, chips were seasoned perfectly, and the cola hit the spot 🥤. If you’re around Hounslow and craving something tasty, this place is a must! 👌✨

Extremely Poor Experience – Honest Review I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. As a diabetic patient, I found their behaviour unacceptable – they locked the door, changed the password, and refused to give me the new one when I needed access. This caused me real difficulty and stress. One of the staff members (wearing glasses) was particularly dismissive, but I do not know his name. Instead of treating me with respect, he behaved in a very unprofessional way. Before visiting, I checked Google reviews very carefully. Honestly, if it were possible to give 0 stars, I would. The only reason I am giving even 1 star is because Google does not allow zero. The food itself was also very poor in quality – badly cooked and not worth the money at all. What made the situation worse was the unfair treatment of customers. I personally observed that they treated some groups of people with more preference while ignoring others. This kind of biased service is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, this place fails on customer service, food quality, and fairness. I would strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant and spend their money where customers are treated with respect and honesty.

We were passing by and checked the Under New Management sign and went in to Try - We ordered Nashville strips, Amigos 12oz burger, Triple cheeseburger & Peri peri chicken. Very delicious and tasty food. We loved it and would definitely recommend and will visit for sure again.

Such a great business. Food is amazing. Best chicken. Especially for people train. Get the grilled chicken. You won’t be disappointed

Fantastic customer service and great food. Highly recommend!

Tables needed cleaning but other than that it was a good experience

Take Away / Delivery Review. Food was good although the fries were a little cold. Ordered the food at 2.24 for delivery at 3.24 ( as confirmed by them ). Delivery actually arrived at 4.15, that’s pretty much 2 hours!! Really poor service here, especially as the updates were not accurate and every so often an additional 20 minute delay was added. The food came via UBER Eats and not sure if they or Amigos are to blame! Overall really poor delivery service and affected the quality of the food. Shakes and Fries only just the right temperature.

Love the atmosphere. There buttermilk chicken was one of the best. Everything was great and for me the best part was that it is halal.
