I’ve been ordering from Amigos for years and unfortunately today is the last day. I order on Uber Eats all of the time, i’ve tried a variety of things from their menu - one being the mini burger. Please look at the picture and tell me if you think this is acceptable to serve someone… when I called the manager she was dismissive, told me they are all like that and said I am complaining about everything so she doesn’t know what to do for me. All I said to her was the amount of chicken in the burger is unacceptable and the lettuce is changing colour (to which she said no it’s not, as if she can see it). She told me to come to the shop now to change it, I declined and told her I would come to the shop in my free time so she can remake it, she said okay and was going to hang up without even taking any of my details - very dismissive and poor customer service. Furthermore, the way that they package their hot dogs reduce the quality - it comes in a plastic container so the bread and crispy onions sweat and become soggy by the time it is delivered. This time, I do not believe the hot dog was even cooked properly, I had to stop eating it. I don’t know who they have in the kitchen now, but they’re clearly inexperienced. Very very poor experience, i’m so disappointed that it’s gone so downhill.

Proposed Review: Today I waited over 18–20 minutes for my food. Orders were being served to others in front of me, even though I had been waiting longer. The staff never communicated any delay, and when I asked, I was told it would take even more time. The service was slow, disorganized, and showed no respect for customers. Very disappointing experience.The meat was raw inside, and fried in oil that seemed to have been used all day — extremely greasy and unpleasant to eat. A dining experience to avoid.

I ordered so many time, but always the order not the same which is I ordered?

Staff not accommodating or being considered. I ordered a coke but she only filled half of the cup, the quality is really bad wouldn’t come here again.

Stuff are very rude not helpful at all

I recently visited Amigos Burgers & Shakes and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a burger, but when it arrived, it was clearly burned. The taste was overwhelmingly charred, making it nearly inedible. I had hoped for a delicious meal, but instead, I was left unsatisfied. I would recommend improving the cooking process to ensure that customers receive properly prepared food.

I wish I could a give -10 star for the service I Oder through uber eats and it was showing 20to 40 minutes after 20 minutes the guy call me and they said there policy they only make two Chicken once they sell then they make the fresh so my delivery is gonna be 20 minute delay I was like if that is your policy, you should’ve put it online. I mean on Uber eat Anyway I will I don’t wanna argue with you so they said 20 to 40 minutes so I said that’s fine. It’s gonna be under 40 minutes 40 min is gone. I receive my delivery hour and 30 minutes later If you guys are not hungry order from this place if you really need your food stay away from this place

I recently visited the Amigos branch in Harlesden with the intention of trying their food for the first time. I noticed they had a 5-star hygiene rating displayed, which initially gave me some confidence. Unfortunately, what I experienced made me seriously question how that rating was achieved. I waited patiently as the team worked through a few orders ahead of me, but during that time I observed several concerning hygiene issues. The staff member at the till was wearing clear vinyl gloves, but he was also handling food — without changing his gloves between taking payments and preparing orders. That’s a serious cross-contamination concern. Worse still, the same staff member was less than welcoming. He didn’t greet or speak to customers, which made the entire experience feel cold and uninviting. Another team member at the fryer sneezed lightly and wiped his nose with his arm. While there was no direct food contact, he didn’t wash his hands afterward and continued handling food — specifically the frozen chips — without wearing gloves. A third staff member was also seen removing rubbish and walking between the kitchen and front area, again without any clear hand hygiene. Additionally, the team spoke to each other in their native language while preparing food. While I completely respect the comfort of speaking in a familiar language, in the context of already questionable hygiene and customer service, it came across as unprofessional and disconnected from the customer experience. Ultimately, I left without placing an order. If this is the standard being upheld, I’m completely put off from trying any Amigos location in the future.
