Had the Happy Nero meal, the burger was quite good, enjoyed their chilli jam. I had this with the regular fries and cheesy fries, wasn’t a huge fan of the cheesy fries as the cheese was artificial (that’s just a preference I hate this type of cheese) Gone back a few times, the burgers and chips are good and the staff are friendly

I visited last night this place i had boss burger and wings it was so so nice staff is also friendly. Food taste like a fresh and well cooked 10/10

Recently, the service here has dropped and to be fair, it feels like that’s happening around that whole area (not sure what’s going on). They don’t take phone orders anymore, which is really inconvenient, and ordering through Uber just isn’t worth it for what they offer. At their prices, there are several other options locally that give you better value for the same or less. On top of that, the convenience factor is gone. Before, it was easy to call up and place an order, now you’re forced onto an app where the prices are higher and the portions don’t feel as generous. For regular customers, that’s frustrating. Overall, it feels like standards are slipping. They were once a go to, but right now, it’s hard to justify picking them over the competition.

They’re consistently good every time I order. The burgers are always juicy, and while they’re £9 now (which is on the pricey side), they’re still worth it. Honestly, I don’t have anything bad to say, the staff seem like a nice team too, always smiling and happy, which says a lot about the management. The only knock I’d give is that they’ve started giving out less garlic sauce, and sauces in general. I constantly have to ask for extra now, whereas in the past (when burgers were £8), they were much more generous with it. If they become stingy with things like that, it could hurt them. Go back to being generous, you’re doing so well otherwise, just keep it up. One of the most consistent places I go to. Easy 5 stars. Expensive? Yes. But in this case, they’ve earned the right to be.
