The service is very, very poor I ordered a meal, but the refund to give the drink in Cans only from Machine They offer 20% discount for meal but I believe you need to trading the staff who tread the people because you will lose the customer I am disappointed from the service I received, the Manager he told me you can complain, he seem not caring about the Custer and teed them very very bad Definitely worse experience I had in this restaurant

Got food from there late at night and had the worst food poising Definitely stay away from there.

There was hair on my burger! When asked for a refund, they refused! Never order from here.

Visited today service not good eventually got food went home and took the food out chicken sandwich looked like it came out of the bin daughter could not eat her rice and chicken my wife left hers I left mine Will never eat there again stars out of 10/0 over priced rubbish.service stars out of 10/0 in all

DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER DBL CHEESEBURGER. ITS A PROCESSED FROZEN BURGER. IT TASTES THE EXACT SAME AS CHEAP CHICKEN SHOP BURGERS THAT IS SOLD IN CHICKEN COTTAGE AND OTHER VARIOUS FRIED CHICKEN SHOPS. THE PRICE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND I CANT BELIEVE I PAID £6.49 FOR A CHICKEN SHOP GRADE BURGER. DISGRACE TO GOURMET BURGER PLACES!

I have always loved Amigos but I went to the White City branch yesterday and wow! The staff especially the manager were so hostile . There was one staff member who was outside cleaning table and he was actually very nice , he said he was vegetarian but gave me an insight in to what the best sellers are .. when asked if he could serve me on the till .. he told me to go the counter .. upon reaching the counter is where it just went so downhill .. the lady ( manager ) wa sitting on her phone and couldn’t give a care in the world that I was at the counter .. after she sighed and grunted she finally got the urge to stand up and then asked “ what do you want “ .. anyways ordered my food sat down and there was 5 of us .. our total bill came to about £75 roughly .. food was okay .. got a little bit messy so I asked for some tissues an the worker only gave me one or two so I asked for more and the manager came running and said sarcastically give him the whole box .. I mean seriously if you don’t want to be there then don’t but please don’t ruin others experience of this brand .. then we asked for some ice in a cup .. guess what .. the manager smirked and said “ your not getting any” .. if the manager is reading this .. I hope you get the same treatment else where with your family so you realise how disprespectful and distasteful you made us feel ! absolutely disgusting ! Will not be retuning to this place ..

No test at all never go back

Hardly anywhere to sit, Took so long, Didn’t get my order right

Yesterday I came to amigos and as a customer that comes often to the shop I have very good experiences with the staff and managers and built a whole relationship with them as well, however yesterday this small Indian woman was on the till and she had a lot of attitude and made me feel like this is not the amigos I always tend to go to, she got my order wrong as well and blamed me and was shouting at me, I felt very ashamed that amigos has come to this level, hopefully something can be done about this, I found this very disappointing as well.

Very unprofessional staff they need to hire some male staff as well them girls can’t handle anything waited for 30 minutes just to get my order
