Terrible service

Une note sans avis rédigé.

Burger bun was burnt Chicken was burnt I requested No MAYO, there was mayo and cheese that I didn’t even ask for. I asked for no salad in my burger but there was salad. Poor customer service with bad manner. Poor hygiene. Staff preparing the burger were not wearing gloves, I had to ask him if he could wear gloves. My request was ignored. I live in Acton and usually visit Amigos in Acton, always been happy with food, staff and everything else in general. But unfortunately today since I was in Shepherd’s Bush I thought I’d visit their branch. Very disappointed. Not only have I wasted my money, the staff wasted food as we couldn’t eat the burgers since we are allergic to egg and asked for no mayo. Absolutely disgusting attitude from staff in Amigos and shake .

BURGER WAS TERRIBLE. The burger was dry, and tough to eat. I heard good reviews about this place but I was extremely disappointed. I shan't be coming back here again.

The Wembley amigos is the worst ever do not go there ⛔️ the burger was sloppy and bred was old and dry and the garlic sauce is like water even the 7up had a weird after taste ❌❌❌ DO NOT GO THERE

Walked in with my kids we had the special offer 2 for 1 burger went to the counter spoke to the lady and asked about the special offer she then said look at the offer it expired yesterday the 14th which it clearly states it on the 15th 16th february also the manager bold guy was rude no customer service at all just said na we dont do it then i offered to just pay for the meals anyways and he decides to walk off and serve somebody else. Dont be posting misleading information just to get customers through the door customer service is zero this review is only in regards to this branch.

Disgusting! Wings must have been marinated in cheap white vinegar unedible. Burger cheap processed meat. Fries soggy. Even drink was flat. Wont be visiting again.

Ordered coffee and got cold and flat I asked the quite young lad to rehaeat my coffee he didnt offer any applogy or offer me the new one so I had the one I reheated it quite a low service ..

- minus 100* , horribly place, rude owner, the chips ar burned, the rice is very spicy, and they ar saying is not and won'tto change. Very expensive as well. 30 minutes waiting for a grilled chicken. For access the toilet you have to have a order number, so you have to stay in q as long as 15 minutes, ar very slowly. Avoid by enny means this horrible place. Rude owner and personal. Expensive and not good food! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 👹👿👹👿👹👿👹

(Translated by Google) I went home, but I didn't even dare eat. The kitchen staff scratched their ears and then went to get a hamburger with their bare hands, without having washed them. (Original) Je suis rentré, j'ai même pas osé manger. Le personnel de cuisine se gratte l'oreille et ensuite va chercher un hamburger main nue sans se les être lavées.
