We visited on a very hot day after placing the order we asked for our cold dring which we kept waiting for while the staff was joking around. the lady served us with no customer service she just place the food and left. the drink eventually arrived after we reminded them but they were not cold we had to ask them to put ice in them. food had hair it was disgusting

Abysmal service

avoid customer service is zero go to sheperdbush or acton branch the little kid in the cashier area is terrible

Burnt patty...

A place that has dropped in standards over the last few months. Food was bland and all four of us had diarrhea the next day! Didnt want to blame them as wasn't sure. Was told last week by another friend that she went there and her and the kids were vomiting from food poisoning. Avoid.

Nothing special

Have complained to the owners and managers many times about not being able to upgrade the drink to a FERERRO ROCHER milkshake to your meal. The poor staff always have to put up with customers complaining at them about it but the owners choose to disregard the voice of the local community by stubbornly refusing customers to pay for the milkshake upgrade on a meal. Ridiculous! I am closely acquainted to many other Amigo chain owners including the original Acton branch, and EVERY single one of the other stores allow this simple ferrero milkshake upgrade. I must add, If the manager of the Wembley branch is in, he does kindly give me an upgrade as a gesture of goodwill but if he is off, the staff have been strictly instructed not to allow customers to upgrade to the Ferrero rocher milkshake. It’s truly Appalling and doesn’t represent traits of genuine entrepreneurs who cares for its customers, which in turn is it’s REVENUE!! Regards A local member of the Wembley community.

One 🌟 Today took my family to Acton store Pepsi was sitting on the bar for half an hour while I waited for my food gone flat then I received my food and found that chip's was could the lady not to happy when I told her that is cold gave me a fany lock. Than my son Started to eat his chicken burger and told me that the burger is cold i ask to speak to manager he happened to be close to the grill when I told him that food is cold the lady who was cooking food on the grill touched the burger and set no it's hot we cook the food at the back at 160 degree on the way she told me that I am laying so I got upset and ask the manager to stick his finger in the burger just that he knows that the burger was cold and he approved it i ask for refund and wanted to go but no one was getting on to do it suddenly i have another lots of bugers felted sorry for my kids they were so excited to eat at Amigos.
