First time ive ever been here...... and the last id rather eat mc Donald's and that's saying something. My order was C182....... I ordered using the order machine in the dining area, no description of the burgers just a name of the burger ( so I didn't really know what i was buying but from the picture and nake of the burger I assumed that this was a normal burger. I waited 35 minutes for my food to come out and other people were complaining about the time they'd waited. When the food came out I left and started to eat my chips which were waffle style ( they were average) The milk shake wasn't enjoyed but was used as a medical aid to curb the extreme pain i endured from eating the burger. I wasn't aware that the burger was spicey ( i do eat spice curries and chilli ) the heat from the spices was so intense I vomited. It was spicier ygam anything I have ever eaten and absolutely ruined my experience above all other failures. Never again will I return to this restaurant!

We ordered 4 items from the menu and they all were cold when they were served. We ordered grill chicken but had to send it back 2 times as it was not cooked . We ordered a replacement for grill chicken they offered the grill chicken strips which again were not cooked properly so I don’t think they know how to cook chicken on the first place . They gave us a complementary churros but we felt like our money was wasted and we didn’t enjoy any of the food. Burger was cold and tasteless, the hot dog was dry as they had only put ketchup on it nothing else and chicken platter was uncooked.

Place is a joke, waited 50 minutes for our food and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. No excuses, just lazy.

Chips were under cooked, burger tasted of charcoal bc patty was completely burnt and drink was warm. Everything thrown into the same bag, chips spilled everywhere and burgers crushed.

Why it takes more than 30 mins for fries make , people who ordered behind me got the orders . Poor services and arrogant staff.

Staff behaviour is very bad
