Avez-vous consulté les avis sur Amigos Burgers & Shakes ?

I ordered a Mexican burger meal with buffalo wings, however I was advised that they have run out of buffalo wings but would replace them with popcorn chicken and a salad. To which I agreed. When the delivery took place I ended up looking at just the burger meal without the promised replacements. When I called to exclaim my point, I was told there is nothing they can do and I should take it up with Uber Eats. Standard Southall customer service, so no surprise there. The "Boring fries" were extremely cold as if they'd been sitting there for 20 minutes and the Burger tasted rubbery and dry - unlike the Acton branch. There was absolutely no taste from the Beef patty and it felt as if I'm chewing on cardboard. The dips which you can squirt for free at the shop cost 80p, still don't mind but they are provided in these measly small pots which literally finishes after 3-4 fries being dipped in them, a tiny miniscule portion. So for £21 - I was blessed with cold oily fries and a burger which tasted like an heavily used filter taken out of a vacuum cleaner - dry rubber fluff. Was a little hesitant ordering from a Southall location, but I guess I've learnt my lesson Today.

Long wait and poor quality food. Avoid at all costs!

It’s serious review: Manager is very rude, no doubt it’s a busy place. But as usual we Muslims a very bad on providing good customer service. Amigo burgers are nice but here in Wembley they need to retrain there staff as they are too many but doing nothing. For preparing one order they open and close burger many times and making them fully cold.ladies fill up cold drinks way earlier to make them just cold syrups. Who ever is the owner please change ur manager with beard one and bring someone with good Custer service experience. Please do not let the standard of amigo to come down like Pepe’s Piri Piri.

Staff was very nice but wen I got home I’m sorry to say I had one of the worst stomach aches

I paid 3£ for this half portion of chips

I been going since the original branch in Acton opened in 2012. I must say this new branch is far too busy seating capacity very minimal staff turnover high and waiting times very long. As I age I think I will avoid.

Terrible absolutely terrible never recommend

Since the franchise thing has happened this place has gone downhill, burgers are not as good, neither is the service. Oh well no more amigos for me, it used to be my favourite burger 😞
