When first opened this place was good and prices were reasonable for the food + area. Now a burger meal cost £12. Quality of the food gone down but the prices have gone up. Its a shame. I will not be visiting again. Don't let the reviews fool you, they are probably not real.

Meal for 3 and that was the kind of sauce that came. Really expensive and the sauce is not even enough for 1 person. They were good when they opened, but now the quality is already dropping in less than a year. I always go there and this is becoming commo. This is why I am complaining, it is the third time. Boring fries are really boring now.

They cancel ur order without any justification. Waited for long and at end they just cancel without giving u another option or reason why. Bad service But it was good when they started , the food was good the price was very good but now everything is slightly falling down

Ordered food through Uber Eats. A double burger and fries. It was disappointing to say the least. The fries were mediocre, but that’s not where the issue lies. The burger itself was off putting. It didn’t seem to be actual beef. It was as if they put a bunch of filler in the patty that gave it an odd texture and flavor. Very bland and unusual.

Frequent visitor as friends love coming here. Milkshakes and Fries are great when the milkshake machines working. Limited veggie burgers as they are often not restocked. When I’ve had the burgers they’ve been ok to great. This place lacks consistency and management seem lack lustre. Can do better.

really poor. Fulham branch is the one to visit. took ages to serve me a fried chicken burger meal. chips were nearly cold barely edible. burger itself coating really hard I think overfried. girl at reception with dyed blond hair not v helpful. said they don't have ant ketchup or mayo sachets there were two massive boxes on a top shelf behind her. nothing about waiting time no updates until I caught the eye of a someone who looked like a manager.

Imagine our faces when the love of our lives has been bumped from £3.50 to £4.99 The new milkshake price has broken our hearts and we make a plea that you revert the price for the better of humanity.

Discount code was supposed to work, but didn't.

They messed up our takeaway order, we only realised at home… they put sauce when I don’t eat sauce and we asked for curly fries and they gave us normal ones. The wait was also too long. Not sure how this place has 4.8 ratings when the burger patty is lower quality than McDonald’s

Place is sooo slow. Food is fine.
