Such nice food and quickly delivered.

Raw/ Uncooked chicken. Had stomach problems since. Avoid this amigos.

Very waste service.

Cashier was equally as rude as much as he was out of it. He interrupted my EVERY WORD/SENTENCE while i was trying to order and asked to add things to my order without disclosing to me that they costed extras… 50p extra for peri salt is absolutely atrocious. He was rude, standoffish, awkward, talked over me and interrupting me constantly - gave me a look and pointed wordlessly when i asked what drinks there were and practically TOSSED my change at me. He shouted rudely across the shop when it came time to get my order. I’ve come a few times since it opened and i have never had a single positive experience with the cashiers. There’s nothing wrong with the food but the service itself is so terrible you feel uncomfortable going in there to begin with.

I’ve come here a few times as it’s a local branch to my work place. I’ve now witnessed the ‘’manager’ (long hair Asian male) shouting at his staff members and constantly swearing to a point where people eating at the restaurant felt uncomfortable.i won’t be coming here again. I hope the staff leave and not continue working in such a negative environment.

That lady with glasses was so rude I just wanted to eat one burger and it was only 1: am and she said only takeaway. Very disappointed with first experience

Took my daughter out for some food today and ordered chicken and rice box with wings my daughter had a chicken burger with sweet potato fries and it was the worst meal ever I had mild lemon flavour but the meal tasted like it was soaked with lemon the chicken was hard and disgusting, my daughter couldn’t eat her burger, my wings were uncooked I sent it back, then the chef decided to start spraying air freshener whilst we were eating it was a complete waste of £33 and my worst experience of eating at Amigos this is my first and last time please avoid this place

The food was decent—until a huge, 20-inch rat suddenly dropped from the ceiling, landing near a woman who screamed, setting off total chaos. People were jumping onto tables, one of my friends nearly fainted, and the staff? They just laughed and shouted, “That rat is massive!” like it was some kind of joke. Then they grabbed brooms and started swinging at it while the rat darted around the shop. No one got a refund. My friend started recording, and the owner rushed over, panicking and yelling “No videos!” trying to cover it up. Absolutely disgusting. A serious health risk and total lack of hygiene. Never going back there.

The meal started off alright, but things took a wild turn when a giant 20-inch rat suddenly fell from the ceiling, landing right next to a woman. She screamed, and the entire place erupted into chaos—people were jumping on tables, one of my friends nearly passed out. Instead of reacting seriously, the staff started laughing and yelling, “That rat is huge!” like it was some kind of joke. They grabbed brooms and chased it around while the rat sprinted through the restaurant like it owned the place. No apologies, no refunds—just mayhem. I tried to film what was happening, but the owner rushed over, freaking out and demanding no videos. Honestly, it was revolting. A complete health violation. This place needs to be shut down. I’m never going back.

Food was good until a monster-sized 20-inch rat drops from the ceiling out of nowhere, lands near a woman, she screams, chaos breaks out—people jumping on tables, one of my boys nearly passes out, staff start laughing, shouting “that rat is massive!” like it’s funny, then grab brooms and start swinging while the rat’s sprinting around the shop floor, no one gets a refund, my friend start filming and the owner runs over stressing “no videos” trying to hide it — absolutely vile, health hazard, poor hygiene , never eating there again.
