Staff are very rude. I’ve been going to amigos since their first branch in Acton since 2012/2013 and I’ve never seen staff as bad as the Harlesden staff. Very rude, can’t even speak good English and very tight with everything. Speaking in Hindi/punjabi with other staff members whilst I’m talking to him. Disgusting, this branch will be the reason amigos goes bust and I do not wish that for the owners nor for the franchisee.

Bought peri strips, cant even chew it, elastic feel, so had to throw it away. It was like chewing gum. Also very loud Bhangra music (nightclub level), the order taker could not even hear me properly.

This was great when it first opened and the staff were lovely Now they are rude and take ages to do anything atmosphere is awful I wont be returning to this store 😩😫

FOOD POSIONING!!! I ordered the buttermilk chicken and halloumi cheese and couldn’t have regretted it more. I have been sick for the past 3 days because of this order. The chicken had red parts inside and the cheese has definitely expired. This is honestly disgusting. If I could rate this place a 0 I would!! Avoid this place at all costs.

Bizarre experience ever. Waited 25 minutes for a mini fillet burger and still I couldn’t get it so I just left without taking my burger or a refund. That girl in glasses needs to be fired asap.

Horrible they said I can have my drinks in a can and they charged me extra and then they just put it in a cup when I said not to do this they lied to me I Do not recommended this place and they take too long to prepare they're food.

I’ve been a very regular customer here and amigos streatham has the worst service. On one account I came in 1 hour before closing and was told they closed everything and all I could get is sides but now today the 14th December I was told the milkshake machine isn’t working as I’m waiting to collect my meal I see another staff member make a milkshake for what I assume is for delivery. I mentioned this and the member just laughed. I don’t take this as a joke. Worst service please re train your staff to act with integrity and to have the decency to speak the truth and listen to what a customer orders.

Use to be nice a year ago when it opened now its poorly run and the chicken i had was red on the inside , ive had painful stomach cramps since. Place should be shut down
