Unfortunately for the money paid it's not worth it, not saying you won't like it but the bueno milkshake felt like drinking tea, yes TEA, no hint of bueno at all, the chicken and fries were just like in every other store, mostly disappointed in the milkshake.Your experience might differ though, so try it out.

I've been in 4 times, and every time I'm waiting 20+ minutes for a burger or a hotdogs. Tonight was the worst tho, 25 minutes for chicken and rice in a nearly empty shop, that ended up being inedible because it was smothered in marinade that was too strong, so it over powered the food! Another customer had waited over 20 minutes just for a kids meal! Your food is ok, but you guys take too long! 👎

Found a bone in my burger- nearly broke my teeth. Not nice.

The food taste was good, chips portion and taste good. Chiken burger size has reduced unbelievably (check picture) as it looked like a kids burger made up of two small chiken pieces, and with the price hike to £11 a meal makes you question yourself. Atmosphere was very dull, dark and dated. The toilet was doubled as a stock room?

Burgers are nice but the staff is not friendly at all. I would say quite irritating. Ordered through the app and arrived in store to pick up my orders but as it wasn’t ready yet I’ve asked if I could eat in but I was told no. Not my first time buying food there as I quite like the burgers they make, but customer service is very poor. (I work in hospitality too from 10 years)

Cheap hala version of Mc donnalds. The person serving did not understand English well and took the wong order and charged me for a Turkey bacon muffin, even though I did not order this. I was refunded by cash even though I paid by card. The chicken sausage muffin was edible. The pancakes I ordered were vile, I took one bite and threw it in the bin. I would have asked for a refund but I could see that staff were struggling, so couldn't be bothered and left. Its a shame because the restaurant have a big advertisement in their window displaying pancakes that look delicious, shame the actual product is not up to scratch. I only went here because I missed the mc donnalds breakfast. Better off going to wimpy 2 doors down, the food is better quality and customer service is top notch.

Overpriced. At a cost of £37 for 2 adults & 1 child is excessive even with the energy crisis taken into account. Food tasted well but unfortunately both me and my partner suffered food poisoning. The restaurant offered to provide replacements free of charge which is a small consolation. Price charged was different to that advertised on the shop menu which is poor service and likely against the law.
