I always come to amigos and love the food. The bad review was because of your staff member lying. I ordered a take away 2 meals. And I asked for a can. The man with a silly hat on turned around and said we don’t do cans here. Hold on I been there 100 times. Yes you do. Okay if you want it then you have 2 pay 2 pounds extra. I don’t care if I have to pay 10 pound more. You shouldn’t need to lie to people. I don’t even want to come back anymore. Treat your customers right. They are putting money in your pocket. You lost almost 50 pounds a week for lying and a bad review. Was it worth it?

Amigos in Acton is a superb service. Amigos in Wembley I feel ashamed to have given one star I visited last night and walked out as the order taker was busy on the phone trying to take an order and ignored the customer in front of her. Management please check the camera at approximately 10.40pm on Friday 12th April. Staff not bothered that customers are walking out to other businesses on the high street. Amigos be careful with your franchise as this branch is well under your four star service built on serving customers.

The Service was horrible. We waited their for an hour and a half for our food. Only then to realise that we didn’t get all of our order. We had to wait another 30 minutes for my friends milkshake to come and by then all of the people who had ordered after us had gone. They had forgotten my friends order and started making it after we had to tell them multiple times

What a horrible experience! I Don’t eat out often at all so when I do I expect to enjoy my experience but this was one of the worst places I have been in a very long time. First of all.. the lady who served me was so ignorant and rude.. when I asked about different meal deals she got even more rude about it even tho it was my first time in amigos burgers.. secondly, I told her at least 10 times that I want normal fries and ADDITIONAL sweet potato fries because she kept asking me if I just want to swap my fries but I kept saying NO, I want both. I didn’t check my take away bag until I got home and only then saw that she only included one portion of fries (although I paid for 2 portions of fries) And lastly. My burger was actually raw.. the beef was way too pink and I was able to taste the raw meat in the middle... so I ended up throwing away the burger and just having that 1 portion of chips... Never ever again will I visit them. I will also make sure that my friends are aware of it too...Wembley branch really need to train their staff because they’re bringing bad name to the whole “Amigos Burgers”

I ordered wings from amigos and everytime I ordered I found some hair remained on the chicken,it’s mean they don’t clean the chicken properly before cook.we order to eat wings not chicken hair,when you take pics of chicken to eat and found that it has hair remained on it how do u feel,u cannot even imagine. It’s just yakking. The only reason I’m giving 1 star just bcoz of that. Below I uploaded the picture and video. Plz have a look. Amigos should improve it.

Very disappointed! Expected good hospitality from staff, instead the customer service from staff was horrible. Never coming back again. You've lost a customer Amigos.
