Tout était absolument excellent que ce soit dans les cocktails, le service, la vue depuis la piscine ainsi que la nourriture mais les prix sont EXCORBITANTS, les touristes sont vus comme des pompes à fric : presque 10€ pour un cocktail avec alcool, 3€ pour une bouteille d’eau, 15€ pour un burger dont le steack est congelé… De plus nous avons eu la surprise finale de voir qu’ajouté à tout cela nous devons en plus payer 20% de taxes… Quand on sait que nous pouvons consommer plus mais pour 70% moins cher dans les autres établissements de l’île, au vu de la marge que cet établissement se fait ce n’est à notre sens pas justifiable.

Beautiful place, pool is 10/10 & the staff are lovely and polite, however just the price and minimum spend is extreme, confusing tho, when we arrived they asked for one million deposit and didn’t explain the minimum spend was that deposit, we thought it would be reasonable like other places on Gili islands (200k/300k per person) however fast forward to us wanting to leave and get the excess money back, we had to end up getting more pointless drinks and coffees to round it up… and ended up spending another £15.. which may I add didn’t get us much with there overpriced menu It’s nice but there are definitely better options which are much cheaper among the Gili islands.

At 1:39 PM, I was told they would check with the chef. After that… silence. I had to follow up again myself at 5:33 PM, only to be told they were still trying to locate the head chef before eventually explaining that it was “homemade pasta.” The issue wasn’t even the dish itself — it was the lack of proactive communication and follow-through. Another frustrating incident happened during the in-villa movie experience. At 10:33 PM, the movie was interrupted because the internet went down. I messaged the team and received a reply at 10:35 PM saying the IT team was checking on it. That ended up being the final response for the night. The TV and internet were still not working the next morning, and I once again had to initiate another follow-up myself at 9:54 AM. What’s disappointing is that the property has so much potential.
