Been using foxtail for 5+ years and haven’t had an issue, but now I cant make payments or add payment card details to my account or even upgrade to a better account without paying for a number transfer which cost £20, but the number was provided by foxtail themselves, i have tried calling which i always get a busy tone and emailed with no response after 3 days. My account is suspended, i have nearly 200 invoice books with the landline number printed on it. Is the company still active?
