What we commit to
- No review is removed for money
- Paid plans buy invitations, integrations and seats. The removal process is identical for a free profile and an enterprise account, and it always ends in a public log entry with the reason.
- Every decision is written down
- Publish, hold, remove, restore, report upheld, report dismissed. Each one is logged with a timestamp on the business profile and counted here. We do not delete log entries.
- Held reviews are read by a person within one business day
- Automated checks can hold a review but cannot remove one. Removal needs a human, a guideline, and a written reason.
- Businesses see the same thing you do
- There is no private channel for disputing reviews. A business reports a review from the same form a reader uses, and the outcome appears in the same log.
- The score cannot be edited
- Nobody on staff has a tool to change a score. It is recomputed from published reviews by the formula on the trust page every time a review changes.
- Raw network data is never stored
- IP addresses and device fingerprints are hashed with a key before they touch the database. Fraud signals are summarised in words, never as data.
