How verification works

    Claim

    Search for your business and press Claim. If it is not listed yet, add it. Both take a minute.

    Prove you own the domain

    Either sign up with an email at your company domain and confirm it, or add a DNS TXT record we give you. Either one is enough.

  3. 3

    Get the badge

    Your profile shows Verified business, you can reply to reviews, and you can start sending invitations. The verification is logged publicly like everything else.

A verified business agrees to one rule: invitations go to every customer, not a chosen few. We check the ratio of orders to invitations on integrated stores, and the guideline is spelled out in the business guidelines.

Widgets and integrations

One script tag adds a badge, a mini score, a review list or a carousel to your site, and it updates itself. Shopify and WooCommerce connect in a few clicks. Zapier covers everything else, and the REST API and webhooks are there when you want to build your own flow.
