Questions people ask
- Is the free plan actually free?
- Yes. Claim your profile, verify it, reply to every review and send 50 invitations a month, with no card and no trial that runs out.
- What happens when I hit my invitation limit?
- Queued invitations wait until your period resets. Nothing is dropped. You can upgrade at any point and the queue starts sending straight away.
- Can I pay to have a review taken down?
- No, and there is no version of any plan where that changes. You can report a review that breaks the guidelines, a person will read it, and the decision is logged in public either way.
- Do you charge per location or per domain?
- No. The price covers your organisation. Starter includes one location, Growth three, Scale ten, and an extra location on any paid plan is $10 a month. A location is a separate business profile managed from the same dashboard. Other platforms price every domain separately; we do not.
- Is there a minimum contract?
- No. Monthly plans are month to month and you can cancel from the billing page. Yearly plans give you two months free and run to the end of the year you paid for. Nobody has to sign a 12-month prepaid agreement to send invitations.
- How does this compare with Trustpilot?
- Each paid plan is priced at half of the equivalent Trustpilot list price published on business.trustpilot.com in September 2026, with more invitations, monthly billing instead of a 12-month prepaid contract, and locations included rather than every domain charged separately. The table above shows the comparison line by line.
- What counts as a verified review?
- One written through an invitation link that we sent on your behalf, or created through the API against an order. Both are tied to a purchase, which is why they weigh 1.0 in the score rather than 0.7.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the billing page. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month. Yearly plans run to the end of the year you paid for. Your profile and reviews stay up either way.
- What currency and tax?
- Prices are in US dollars, shown before tax. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where the law requires it; businesses with a valid VAT or TRN number are not charged it.
