Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

Incident reporting at 1:07am the staff took away my phone by force putting allegations of taking away the order, it was a hostile environment and they took my phone and deleted videos and started looking for things in my phone without my consent, the most hostile staff behaviour.

Just ordered form uber eats worst food ever the Nashville burger tastes horrendous like a cheap burger even the meat is cheap and poor quality 🤢

I ordered my food and was told it would take 10 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked the staff if my order was ready, and I was told they were very busy—even though it was midnight and only three people were already eating. A little later, another staff member came and said my order number hadn’t come through to them. I questioned why I was told otherwise, and they admitted it was a mistake. It then took another 7 minutes for my food to be ready.

The experience was very bad as the service was poor, I ordered for a take away and arrived after 10 mins and the staff stated they E gonna take more 10 mins and as I told them it’s not fair and I am final put a review, they were like “ yeah go ahead”. They were not at all concerned with the customer service instead kept on delaying and making the customer wait. Disappointed and sadistic service.

Food poisoning sustained by multiple family members after an order last night. Will not be ordering from here again

Poor service, they dont let you use a blue light discount, despite allowing 20% off for NHS workers. Sad thing is all the other branches do.

Just recieved my order on uber eats ordered 4 cheeseburger all missing the cheese so hamburgers

The cooker is very slow

Ordered from Amigos this evening trying their Nashville burger which looking good only to discover a large hair on top of chicken, very disappointed and money wasted put me off whole meal. Looks like staff who handle food do not wear hair nets. Will be reporting this branch to food standards hygiene

6 wings meal for £14:50, absolute robbery, never going again when we have pepes right opposite
