Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

Brought two coffees at the self service counter. I was then told that they didn’t serve coffee, did I want a shake or a burger? No I wanted a coffee. They couldn’t refund me to my card and didn’t have the cash in the till so paid £3 for nothing after waiting around 10 minutes to be seen - not good customer service at all

Great place, good food but the customer service is awful, the speak to you like they are paying you to buy food

They don't serve food on time, so we have to stand for a long time.…

The prices here are way too high compared to many other places that offer much better quality. The food honestly isn’t worth what they charge. There are far better restaurants for the same price — for example, Get Melt is much better in taste, quality, and value. Really disappointing experience and I won’t be coming back. I would advise people to stay away as it’s extremely expensive — the same money could feed four adults at other nearby restaurants.

Disgusting. I ordered two burgers meal, and both of the burgers came with the meat burnt, they tasted burnt literally. And one of the burgers had a hair on it🤮🤮. I ask for a refund for both burgers which costed more than 20£ and only got 7£ refund. Very very unprofessional and anti hygienic.

The staff are clueless. Ordered food and waited 1 hour for it to arrive when my order did eventually arrive it came very overcooked and freezing cold. Also gave me incorrect items two milkshakes 1 Oreo and 1 kinder bueno and got something with nuts and terrys choc orange instead. I then called the restaurant to speak with a manager and the guy’s response was ‘’the manager is going out’’ then refused to let me speak with the manager. I have never experienced this where I’ve been refused to talk to management in a restaurant or over the phone. I’m shocked tbh !!! I do not recommend this restaurant the service is shocking and very unprofessional let alone the food. It’s common sense i ordered 1 Oreo and 1 kinder bueno milkshake why am i receiving different items……..

I am absolutely fuming. Purchased sprinkle cake with custard and a turkey hotdog inside the shop at spprox 7pm today. No sprinkle on cake, crust burnt on the cake and a large spoonful of custard. The bread roll for the hotdog was stale. Tried calling the shop but the usual scenario no online telephone numbers. Explains why the shop was empty. The gentleman who took my order could hardly understand what I was trying to order. I have taken a photo of the said dish. My daughter was extremely angry as she thought £6.99 for a sweet was expensive. Obviously I wanted to go back but my daughter said send a review instead. Please tell me why it took over 20 minutes for two out of three members of staff in an empty shop to prepare heating up a turkey hotdog and an already cooked/burnt sprinkle cake. If I have the energy tomorrow I will be giving them back their food . A very disgruntled first and last customer.

Fake free burgers, only advertising Beef and saying their chicken ran out, when we joined the queue at 2pm. We came later again at 5 and were told again that there is no chicken and that it would not be available for the rest of the day. TWICE we were told there is NO chicken. People were also allowed to jump the queue and given free burgers. Not a good look.

I walked into the place. Placed my order, 3mins in a asked if I can change the order to be told my food is almost ready BUT made me wait 20 more minutes for food to be ready, the chef was NOT WEARING ANY GLOVES AND WAS HANDLING THE BUNS AND CHEESE. the burger was okay but the buffalo wrap was a disgusting.

I got a burger, chips and drink the chips were cold
