they ask me if i want drinks , I ask what is available, they told me what’s available i ask for sprite , they give me the other kind of their drink from their own brand made one , but the sprite cans was over there near counter , i ask them i want one of those and they say they cannot do it , i ask them why and they say that only for delivery , i told them i walk all the way to this shop and i don’t deserve it ? they was keep saying they cannot do it they cannot do it , they was offering all sort of alternatives but not the one i asked for , and they keep refusing to ask what was in the receipt is very disrespectful that’s they treat people like fool and they pretend as normal or some sort of standard

I called the restaurant the number on delivery to inform them of my allergies. I called three times before somebody picked up. He shouted something I couldn’t understand and hung up. I called another three times and was greeted with disrespect. He said that the number I’m calling has nothing to do with him so I said I understand but that’s the number on the delivery and I need to tell someone about my dietary issues. He said what do you want me to do about it? He called me crazy. He started shouting very disrespectful.

Hii yesterday i order something he take alots of time i order the uber restaurant said the order was ready but driver said restaurant not ready restaurant is very lying he takes to much time then restaurant send me wrong item this is not driver fault this is totally restaurant fault restaurant don’t know how the treat customer i never ever come againt

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a burger restaurant. The service was absolutely dreadful, with staff who seemed completely uninterested in doing their jobs. The burger arrived cold, poorly prepared, and looked as though it had been thrown together with no care whatsoever. The chips were stale and tasteless, and the entire meal was massively overpriced for such poor quality. To make matters worse, the restaurant was dirty and badly maintained. I genuinely regret spending my money there and would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place altogether. An absolute disgrace.

Ordered food from here, the drinks came damaged. When I called to tell them. The man blamed it all on driver. And as if this wasn't enough he started to raise his voice at me being a female, only when my male friend stepped in. He lowered his voice and started making excess off he couldn't hear and line was not clear. Drink was damaged as they leaked in bag. Tried the burger it had stale (Old out of date lettuce, which the colour changed). Discussing behaviour as well as Discussing food. NO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I suffered a severe intestinal infection after eating at this place. I never thought something like this could happen, but I’m leaving this warning here for others. The worst experience I’ve ever had.
