I don’t know why people are so obsessed with this place. Their food has no taste I think pepes on the opposite side of amigos is much better than amigos. I’ve ate at this place many time because I live nearby but to be honest their food aren’t that great I think they’re average. The only reason why I gave them 3 star is because of food hygiene and restaurant is clean.

Food was decent but not worth the money, I'm all about quality over quantity but you know when people are making a mug out of you, 'Serve the best quality food for the lowest price' behave, and they like to forget items when you cut off your arm to pay for it

Burgers were bland, sauces ok.only go there as a last resort.

I've been here several times, all the times the waiting time was about 15 to 20 minutes. I was always a bit confused if the concept wasn't fast food, but all the times I was fairly okay with waiting as there were a lot of deliveries and people already queueing. I am patient and I'm willing to wait if the food is nice. However, on the 18th December, I went around 8pm. There was already a party of 3, which had ordered and I placed an order, thinking it wouldn't take as long as it wasn't busy at all. 10 minutes later, a big group of teenagers comes in. Then another 4 teenage girls came in and placed their order. The problem is, everyone had ordered more or less the same things, so it made no sense to me, that one of these teenagers received his order within 7/8 minutes, whilst there were 2 orders before his. After 18 minutes I got my order, a milkshake and a portion of fries. This party of 3 that had walked in way before me, was still waiting and started to complain as they had ordered milkshakes and were still waiting, for 22 minutes at least or even more. I am unsure what's happening in the kitchen but organisation is needed, especially when you have this discrepancy with orders and timing. It wasn't even busy when we got there and for a few good minutes it was pretty calm, even with 3 deliveries coming in. I am really confused and it kind of discouraged me to carry on coming here, as I hate seeing this sort of things happening, when you cannot respect the sequence that the orders have been placed. This happens at Mcdonalds all the time, when someone is served before you, but within 2 minutes you have your order. So I don't think this mechanism works for Amigos. Therefore, I would consider training, replacing management or a considering smarter way to work, as this doesn't seem to be working as efficiently as it potentially could and it is driving you guys to lose some new potential clientele, but also customers like me that come here once a week.

Best lotus biscoff milkshake ever. I didn't like the burger and fries though

Normally good, but on this occasion chips were cold.

Usually the food is cooked right, but I ordered on uber eat and the chips was overcooked, and wasn't how i remember amigos chips used to be, but the burgers was nice, only reason id ever buy from here is the chicken burger and garlic sauce, but everything varies depending on if your lucky

Chewing Gum Chicken in wrap and also sos was not tasty at all .

Love their food but disappointed with their service. They never seem to read the order notes when ordering online and it's so frustrating. This is the only reason for my low rating, otherwise they would get a 5 star.
