Food was good until a monster-sized 20-inch rat drops from the ceiling out of nowhere, lands near a woman, she screams, chaos breaks out—people jumping on tables, one of my boys nearly passes out, staff start laughing, shouting “that rat is massive!” like it’s funny, then grab brooms and start swinging while the rat’s sprinting around the shop floor, no one gets a refund, my friend start filming and the owner runs over stressing “no videos” trying to hide it — absolutely vile, health hazard, poor hygiene , never eating there again.

Most horrible and rude service from Amigos and person working here was so unprofessional and horrible to deal with we ordered food for delivery and half the food is missing. We went to the shop to complain and show evidence and got told complain to just eat. This does not solve the problem the food is missing. After showing all the evidence and order collection. Got told to make a new order. Please avoid these incompetent staff working here. Please train your staff how to show customer care and empathy.

Some of the driest chicken I’ve ever had in my life, I genuinely started choking and it took so long to serve even when we were the only ones here.

About online delivery order.when I reached amigos restaurant after 20min they will start making food they said to me another 25 min very bad service for delivery order.restaurant not to show busy.enough staff for making delivery but don’t know why they not making my order

Uber driver deliberately stop the car put the food down took a picture and took the food back so my son didn’t get any food that he paid for useless never order from you again date 4/04/25 late evening order Uxbridge restaurant

Absolutely disgraceful. I literally live 10 minutes from here and they take over 1.5 hrs to deliver. And no working phone number to contact them for an update. They’ve started using their useless staff to deliver the food so there’s no tracking on the uber app now. Absolutely useless. Amigos should revoke their franchise license immediately.

Worst take away ever please avoid. Just placed a Deliveroo order, they gave me the tiniest portion of food the size of a 10 pence and coldest fries on earth. Paid £8 for a chicken burger and got 1 tiny strip size of an eraser. They don’t care about service or food LOL

My wife had the Korean wrap yesterday and has had the worst food poisoning. She has vomited 6 times in the last 12 hours and has had a really bad stomach. The toilets also smelt so bad, clearly have an issue with hygiene. Please avoid if you don’t want to end up seriously ill
