Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

Pathetic service. I want to order cheese fries and with it I want chipotle seasoning. But they don't have chipotle seasoning. I can understand that. But the pathetic service is because of prices that sales parson charges.. as they say additional spice are on 50p. The charge £1. And when I ask for it so the seles parsons said when you take spice with fries than it cost 50p. So what I am ordering. I am asking with fries only and still you change £1. I would never go there ever again. And they charged their cheese sauce as well which not the same as previous. Pathetic....

Nothing but a joke order my food at 12:25, it’s currently 12:39 and still haven’t got it yet, there’s only a few people here not like they are busy! And not like I ordered anything big literally just fries… staff are rude just shouting in their own language.

Got the burgers just now. They were literally burnt and the driest burger i have ever had. Not recommended, all money gone to waste!! Attaching picture for reference.

This place has been consistently disappointing! I’ve given Amigos multiple chances, but yesterday was the final straw. I debated whether to write this, but enough is enough. Every single time I’ve ordered—whether in person or through delivery apps—something has been missing or incorrect. The food is average at best, and while it was great when the restaurant first opened, the quality and service have gone downhill. The sheer number of mistakes is astonishing for a restaurant. How hard is it to get an order right? It’s clear the staff need better training because accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this business. To the owners: success doesn’t mean you can let standards slip. Expanding to new locations is no excuse for poor service and declining quality. Save your time and money—I certainly won’t be going back!

Went after an event at Wembley Arena. Shop was very busy as ALL on the road were. Order took over 1 hour & burgers were burnt in the end. In-between that time I went to pepes to get my daughter a pitta burger, which was cooked in less than 10 mins and perfectly cooked. I regret not taking the burnt burger back, I was exhausted & fed up so just left. I've been to many Amigos this one the staff just seemed not to care. Also they have a promotion running at the moment on milkshakes that the manager refused to honour, apparently the machine doesn't put it through. Horrible experience altogether.

Very worst experience I had ever with service. Please don't go to this restaurant.

It was raining and windy outside, and some delivery drivers were sitting inside this cafe. It was morning time. The manager said that they don't let any delivery drivers sit inside, no matter how tough the conditions are outside. This was the most rude behaviour I have ever seen.

Revolting food. Not edible at all. Raw and off chicken. Don’t waste your money here. I couldn’t get my money back despite the food being raw. Will be reporting to EHO

(Translated by Google) No crispy fries, had high expectations for my 18 euros, what a disappointment, dirty soggy burger, this was a one-time thing, never again. (Original) Geen krokante frites had hoge verwachting voor mijn 18 euro wat een tegenvaller vieze kleffe burger dit was eens en nooit meer
